In Philadelphia a man by the name Delvin Barnes kidnapped women off the streets a month before he allegedly hit a teen girl with a shovel and stuffed her in the back of the trunk of a car. Barnes is a 37 year old man he was tracked down by a GPS that police used in his car. Barnes was to appear in court for the alleged Philly kidnapping but he made a detour to Virginia and faces another charge there for another allege kidnapping. The kidnappings being a month apart and 275 miles away it is said that have some similarities. It is said that both the women Barnes allegedly kidnapped are both younger than him. On Tuesday February 18,2016, JaShon Coleman and Breanna Westmoreland were arrested for the murder of James Sinclair Pratt. Westmoreland is being held as an accessory to the murder for driving the get away vehicle. While Coleman is being held on $1,000,000 bail awaiting his first court date.

I located the KPD Rape Case 15-27355 which identified a subject named Ricardo Oropeza-Quiroz (DOB 12-30-1993) as being contacted with Hicks. It was also determined that Oropeza-Quiroz was an involved party in KPD Hit and Run Case 15-22411. In the Rape case, Hicks and Oropeza-Quiroz were people of interest. That case is still under investigation.

Anthony Smith then stated Jamarqus Hurley recognized the driver as the person who had shot his nephew “POP”.
