After dropping my daughter off at homecoming, I drove thirty minutes back to work and picked up my laptop to please my neighbor. After all this running around, I had forgotten about the plans my mother had made for us that night. Even though I tried my best to please everyone, I ended hurting the people who loved me the
Some tickets are direct, and some tickets have multiple stops. The ticket in my hand requires several legs of travel leading up to the final destination. As I depart from my hometown of San Antonio, Texas, I reach my first stop 197 miles away from home in the city of Houston. Here i will be spending the weekend competing for the prestigious title of Miss Texas Teen USA through 4 areas of competition; swimsuit, evening gown, interview, and onstage question. All the while making new friends, and having a great time.
Her career finally started to kick off after the release of her first album. One major milestone in her career is when she “performed at the Grand Ole Opry for the first time in March of 1993,” which had always been a big dream of hers
I told them about my family history and how they were originally from Maycomb County. I told them my mother worked for a photographer in Meridian and boasted about how she had entered my picture in a Beautiful Child contest and won five dollars that I got to keep. After talking about the picture we started to talk about my knowledge of the show Dracula. They asked about my father and it became awkward, but they did not persist afterwards. For the rest of the summer we played in their treehouse and reenacted different parts of books.
It was a late, around nine o’clock, on Saturday April 20, 2013 when a few of us from Bear River High School decided to go to Senor Frogs to celebrate Olivia’s birthday. Olivia and I use to be best friends back in elementary school that is until we transferred to high school and she destroyed my reputation over jealousy. I didn’t care much for celebrating her birthday, however, I had been in love with her boyfriend Tyler ever since I laid eyes on him freshman year. Nonetheless, Olivia made sure he never knew who I was. I went to every school event, every pep rally, and every party just so that he would notice me, but in the end I always went home unnoticed.
Like every other Saturday my cousins and I had plans to go to a club but that day was different I meet a person a girl, we talked, dance and we had a lot of fun, then I found out the she was only visiting her brother for the weekend because guess what she was from Wisconsin. So we exchanges number and promised to keep in touch we each other, we keep on talking thru the phone for a month and then she invite me to visit her home town Milwaukee, and liked the previews time we had a lot of fun.
It happened on June 11, 2015. My lacrosse team won our regional quarter final game the previous day—I scored my personal best of five goals and was named Player of the Game. As a reward for the win, my coach gave us a three hour practice the next day that was strictly conditioning—leaving the seniors 30 minutes to go home, shower, change, and drive to our Senior Dinner at Bowdoin College. I raced home from practice, my sweat sticking to the car leather seats, music blasting, and the wind in my hair. I had the future on my mind: playoffs, graduation, summer, and college.
June 20, 2002 was when I was born in Xalisco Tepic, Nayarit. In the arms of my mother and father, during my life in Mexico I was 1 at the time my birthday was coming up and my parents planned ahead. My parents invited all our friends and family and invited the whole people, it was a huge party that was planned. That night when the party was over and everyone was asleep, my parents have argued and decided to leave my home country and move north to California. As time passed and everything was planned, my moms friend helped us cross to the U.S for a better life and fortune for us and for me and my future.
I full of excitement (Absolute), got to packing as soon as I found out. We got there by driving I believe my parents realized their mistake at about hour two because of hearing "are we almost there" every couple of minutes. We left at night so that we could sleep most of the ride, but I couldn’t, I was so excited. When we finally got there, it was amazing and all I had seen was the hotel room. We stayed in the resort so that things were more continent.
Finally,I said to myself,my parents and I were going to disneyland. It was a surprise when I heard my friend Ally was going on this trip with my parents and I. At 8:00 we went to go pick her up.A couple hours into the trip we hit traffic. It felt like we were never going to get their, with the breakfast break, lunch break, and the bathroom breaks. As I was looking out the window I saw a little dust storm that looked like mini tornado. Then my mom's key battery was low because she took the wrong one,she left the another key that had new batteries in it at the house. So we had to stop at the auto shop. For the rest of the trip me and Ally just binged watched movies on my computer. When we weren't watching moves me and my mom were arguing over the music radio.
Mother was at her “Daughters of Liberty” meeting, probably making clothes to distribute across Boston on Christmas Eve. So that had left me with my brothers James and Henry, and with my sister Celia. As I was gazing out of the window, I saw the town hard at work getting ready for more severe snow storms. Our town had been recently introduced to a new law which was called the “Stamp Act,” which made us pay extra for every paper item we used, such as the local newspapers, bills, receipts, ship documents, and even trading cards I use to play with my friends. This tax, proposed by George Grenville came into effect a month ago on November 1st, 1675.
In preparation for our meeting tomorrow with Tyron Burnett and his mother Trina Burnett, I wanted to lay out a narrative about their experience with us which has led to this Patient/Family meeting at 10AM tomorrow. During their first visit to the ER on June 22, 2017 Tyron came to ER with his mother with complaints of groin pain. They were then told of his Chlamydia diagnosis, but he was in fact treated for both Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. They was not told of the second diagnosis. During this first encounter his mother made it a point to ensure the patient changed his contact number was changed from the house phone number to his mobile phone, so that the information would not be intercepted by anyone else in the family home, specifically his grandmother.
