Personal Essay: My Favorite Sport

Sports are very fascinating to me. I enjoy writing about them, and watching them. Who doesn’t? My favorite sport to watch it American Football, my favorite sport to play is Cricket. I’m very good at it as well. Not many people in the United States play it, but I am one of the few that play it. I enjoy watching Basketball too. I have a very intelligent mind for Basketball. In other words, I think i’d be a terrific coach. I cannot play it well. A lot of my friends say that I view football in a very unique way. I can think of very nice plays to beat certain defenses, and I can think of certain ways to stop Offenses. In cricket however, i’m more of a player than anything. I wouldn’t be able to coach that. Baseball and Hockey are non-existent to me. Baseball can be fun to watch from time to time. Hockey is the most boring sport to watch in my opinion. My favorite team for Football is the New England Patriots. My favorite team for Basketball is the Boston Celtics. We have some of the best batters in Virat Kohli, and M.S. Dhoni. Hardik Pandya is another great batter / bowler. Kohli is our best batter by far. He is also the Captain of the team. I love him. Our Defense is amazing as well. Bhuvneshwar Kumar is our best Bowler. India has 19 year olds who are better than other players in the league waiting to play for India. Think about it, 19 year old that are better than veteran that play for other countries. India is crazy about Cricket. Whenever India faces Pakistan, Both countries go crazy. They are the biggest rivals in sports history I believe. It is mainly because of the war that goes on between each other. The indians and Pakistanis both hate each other most of the time. Indians and Pakistanis get into fights and other bad things. It is extremely crazy. If you aren’t Indian or Pakistan, you wouldn’t understand how big this game is for both
