Employee Observation Report

As we know there are countless companies which provide good facilities for their employees and customers. Even though there are many well-known companies for their good work environment, I decided to give some information about my current working place which is developing in a high rate in today’s developing world. It is mainly focused on food industry which is related to my major more precisely, fast food and traditional meals. More precisely, it is fast developing Turkish restaurant not only in South Korea but also in Dubai where most of its branches are being opened nowadays. The main reason why I chose this company is that I know what facilities it has in real life experience and I was very surprised by facing it when I was employed for

It also provides free meals for employees’ during working hour and employees acquaintances. Another good point is for employee to share experience every 6 months with other branch as well as working time we have lots of enjoying conversation with foreign people who come from the entire world. We know almost all information about other country by listening our customers. Also, every two week we have football match in order to keep healthy and make our friendship team’s player to gather like a one big family all the time. Additionally we have even go to the GYM whenever we have time it is also free employee. That is to say, there are enough facilities for employees to work in a good work environment.

In conclusion, I would like to say that even if our company is not big enough, it provides enough facilities for workers and customer. That is to say that I would like to work in such company all my life without hesitation rather than working in large companies which don’t have any facilities for workers. In my humble opinion most MUSLIM people would prefer to work this type of restaurant because of only a few companies can provide HALAL food service during working
