For those it may not feel like a normal aspect rather a horrific aspect. These different disorders can be caused by environmental and genetic factors. You may feel anxious, worry, or fear. For people when faced with anxiety it usually occurs at work, driving, speaking, or making an important decision. A person who encounters anxiety knows that it does not go away and it can come back worse over time. Introduction Throughout the human life, many events will occur that cause individuals to experience the feelings associated with anxiety. Examples of these events that can cause individuals to experience anxiety are public speaking engagements, eating in restaurants, and using public restrooms (Sands & Gellis, 2012).
