Teachers ensure that their detailed strategies are tailored closely to learners’ needs and to covering what needs to be taught. Alongside this, they regularly assess how thoroughly learning is taking place. Because of this, they are able to reshape their approaches appropriately, quickly, confidently and with impact. Teachers refer constantly to the skills that are being learnt and use the setting of skill-based objectives at the start of learning activities wisely. They ensure a purpose linked to learning points in doing every activity or task (Ofsted, 2014).

Extracurricular activities play a vital role to prepare children for life. Extracurricular activities are important because they can benefit a student through personal, educational, and even social means. Through extracurricular activities children learn many skills and knowledge that they can use in the future. They learn leadership, teamwork, organization, analytical thinking, problem solving, time management. When the students participated in the sports activities will benefit their health. Normally the students who participated in the extracurricular activities are healthier than those who are not participated. According to Justin Coulson in his article on kidspot.com, students that are involved in extracurricular activities, such as sports or clubs, are generally healthier than those who do not participate.
When we prepare children for life. It is very important to raise their self-esteem. Through extracurricular activities can raise students’ self-esteem.
