I was lying on the armchair waiting my mom to serve me cookie and tea. There was a football match on the TV and it was about to start. The camera was showing the fans and I saw a boy watching the match with his mom. It remembered me my memory that was first expected to be like them, but became entirely different with an unexpected event. The alarm rang and I woke up with the excitement and bliss in my heart. Today was the big day. The Turkish National Football Team would play against Latvia and thus I woke up early to find tickets for the match. I went to the ticket office, got the tickets for both my mom and me. Tonight would be the first time of watching a match with my mom. I was bursting with the joy, jumping all the way and not caring anyone who was laughing up their sleeves. I kept up doing that till the bus came and then I got on the bus and took my way to the home. I arrived at the home …show more content…
How could my friends hurt my waist? Where the hell did she get that idea? The pain became unbelievably excruciating that I screamed, I’ve never heard before. Finally, we arrived at the hospital and when I took my step out of the car I threw up. We barely found a doctor and he diagnosed that I may have had a kidney stone. It was like my whole world come crashing down around me, but the feel of pain was so strong that I couldn’t even get sad about the situation. On the other hand, there was only three days before the schools start and they said it at least take one week to get rid of it. I imagined myself in a lesson writhing and begging my teacher to take me to a hospital. Funny. They promptly got me into a bed and they injected painkiller to me. Cold. Looking at the walls blankly. Feeling the drug flowing in the vein, spreading around my body. When am I going to be okay? Knowing nothing. Apprehension. My mom shuttling around the bed. Not speaking. Phone calls. Ambulance Siren. Fear. Will I be able to watch the match? Hope.
The ride to the emergency room was calm and boring, I just sat there anticipating how bad it was, hoping it would not be too bad. We finally got to the emergency room, the ride felt like forever. Rapidly, we entered the building, the doctors took me back to the room, and he laid me on a bed. The doctor came into the room and saw a bloody hole in my foot, as he stayed calm, he checked the deep cut. He found that one tendon was torn, which is a good thing, there could have been more torn tendons and muscles.
When I had the high fever, I had to stay in the cabin the whole time because I didn’t want to go home. The next day we got to get dressed for a ball and the boys had to pull the girls chair out for us. Got Crutches I was at school when I had to get crutches. It was Wednesday, which meant P.E day.
This would go away on its own with ibuprofen and some rest. There was no telling which one it was. It was a huge gamble, but my parents decided on the
I had never felt so sick or so scared before. The nurses acted fast, administering an antidote to the Tylenol through an IV in my arm. As soon as my mom heard the news, she dropped everything and made the two-hour drive to the hospital, arriving after midnight. I felt ashamed that she had to see me in that state, and guilty for how much I must have worried her. I spent my first two days there hooked up to machines and too weak to stand up for longer than a couple minutes at a time, and she stayed by my side.
It all went so fast, but suddenly the Bid Red’s had scored another goal! The crowd clapped and waved with their Big Red banners. It started off with another face-off. The Bid Red’s got the ball again and tried immediately to make a goal. You could really feel the tension in the crowd.
“Whooo!” The crowd goes wild with excitement. We jump for joy as we score another goal. The soccer ball slashes the net with a hard enough kick to go straight through. Lexi and I scream with excitement knowing we just tied the score two to two with only 3 minutes left in the game.
The pain did not go away. I was at the doctor again the next week for worrying back pain starting. The pain was near my kidneys which was not only worrying me, but everyone else. After a many doctor visits, my mom was worried about me for a completely different reason. She thought I was missing too much school.
I could not put my clothes on and dry myself that day. Also, I could not even sit up in bed and move so I went to Central Acupuncture (acupuncture and oriental clinic) next day to relieve the pain. Until last week, I could not lift my left arm. I 'm doing much better now but I haven 't been sick like
I felt myself fading away. I didn’t know what to think, what to say, how to react. I was stuck. I could hear in the distance my mom justifying herself and asking me to not tell anyone, as if I could. The walk back to my room seemed like an endless tunnel with no light at the end.
The score is now 3-1, the crowd roars energizing us to play football unlike any other. People stare in disbelief. With an extraordinary kick, the ball is flung pass the keeper into the top corner of the goal. Our goalie saving the impossible as the other team fights for redemption. Football is something special that only the players and the spectator's
At the time I was four and Kaden (my brother) was 4 months. The day started off normal, Kaden was sleeping as usually and I was looking out the window watching raindrops race each other. At that moment I remember feeling happy and content just ready to drift off to sleep, when Suddenly the tires started Squealing. My mind was then cast into a sea of darkness that seem to have no escape.
My ACL Tear Journey At The Hospital A quick turn on a soccer field led me to the worst experience in my life. A while back in my sophomore year I tore my ACL while I was practicing for my first soccer game of the school year. I made a quick turn without positioning my feet correctly on the ground. I thought that I broke my knee, but I never knew that after that day I would have experienced the worst day a month after on February 15th.
I tried getting up as the other players created a huddle around me. All that I kept thinking was I knew something wasn’t right and I needed to walk it off as I had done in the past. When I couldn’t get up I started to wonder was my season is over? Would my football career be ruined?
I hear for thirty-five straight minutes straight heavy breathing and I see sweat from both teams since the match is equal. I hear my coach giving us instructions on what to do. As second half starts I can hear the parents cheering for us. I can hear myself panting and could smell the smell of sweat. As see that there is only ten minutes left for the game to finish I can see everyone’s face and see exhausting in them.
The enthusiasm is palpable and in the moments leading up to kjkjdfkjkdj scoring the final goal, the tension in the room is thickened by the pungent combination of tea, waiwai, sweat and tears. Goal!kfjkjfkj win! And that night will be the hightlight of every single person in that room for at least another year. Fast forward to 20 years later. Jhdjfhj and Germany are playing the FIFA World Cup Finals.
