Those questions were floating in my head. I couldn't recall how I got to this place. To this really weird place. It was really bright there, and it felt warm too, like you were in the bright sunshine. I was standing on something fluffy. When I looked down I saw something like a cotton candy. It was everywhere; under me, next to me. "Why am I in a place like this?" I asked myself outloud. This place was weird, and it looked like nothing I ever saw before. But for some reason I was feeling calm. Being in a place like this wasn't normal, but it wasn't scary or bad in any way. I looked around. This fluffy thing was the only things that was around me. I couldn't see anything else, but this cotton-like thing. But still, I couldn't really …show more content…
There, at the top of them I could only see this cotton-like thing. It was blocking my vision and I couldn't see what was behind it. "Are you going or not?" I heard familiar voice. After that I carefully walked into this fluffy thing. It was really easy to walk in it. It was more like walking in a fog, than something material. Only few seconds passed and I was on the other side of this weird wall. There I saw a young woman with beautiful, long, blonde hair and big blue eyes. She looked like she was in her twenties, but there was something weird about her. She had wings. At first I looked at her few more times to make sure, that I didn't mistake them for white robes that she was wearing. But after they moved I was sure, she had big, white wings, and now she was looking at me. "Sit." she said and a wooden chair appeared out of nowhere. After that she pointed at it, and waited for me to sit on it. "Let's make it quick." she said when I finally sat down, and took some notebook out of her robes. "Let's make what? I don't understand anything." I said but she didn't care. She just turned some pages in her notebook, and then she looked at
"After the briefing, this strange, unnerving sensation swept over me. It's happened a few times. Although it's unlike anything I've ever experienced. Not like this," Tom gestured towards the paper, "but it felt as if my whole world was caving in around me, and it paralysed me, leaving me helpless and unable to do a thing about it." "Has anyone else encountered the same or reported strange things happening to them?"
I sat on the porch of my house, overseeing the town. Stamps, or also known as the Black Stamps, had segregation. From schools to shops, everywhere blacks were seen less than whites. It limited what we could do, affecting all of our lives. That apparently, was not abnormal in the United States at the time.
Deeper into the night’s treacherous embrace where I can at last regain my composure. I could feel the light weight of my legs moving swiftly towards the heart of the castle; like an agile rat scavenging for its food. My skin felt as if a furry coat of hair was laying over it; strained upwards in an attempt to trap in heat. The rough textured stone floor was finally met by a structured array of refined timber planks. I was one step closer to the cheese.
As my mind cleared I glanced at the wall. The window was open. "Da...," I closed my eyes making sure I wasn't dreaming. I slid out of the silky sheets. They clinged to me.
I didn't know who I was, or where I was. I was scared, so scared. Out of nowhere I started glowing, heating up everything around me. "Do you feel that? " I heard a faint voice ask.
Suddenly, I wasn’t in my car. I was looking up at the sky, trying to see the kite. Then the plane came. I watched it fly and then disappear into that building. I started screaming before I could hear my voice.
A human sized toy castle. I dashed around the store looking for any pillows and blankets to put in it. As I was fixing up my “room” i heard a sound. It sounded like something was calling my name. “Jennyyyyy, Jennyyy” it would say in a faint voice.
Acts of Kindness in World War II Ernesto B. Reyes It was very late and the living room was beginning to smell of seawater and rotten shellfish. A woman was sitting, crouched on a wooden stool near the east-side window. She had a rosary in her hands and kept murmuring something to herself. The man, sitting down in her chair, was starting to wake up; he opened his eyes and wondered where he was, but he didn’t panic.
The wind started to blow faster and faster. I tried to resist but there was nothing I can do, for I was only a helpless Airborne Fluff. We were cotton-like seeds that flew around and were controlled by the wind. We are like tiny clouds that floated around and humans liked to squeeze us with their sweaty palms. “Ahh!”
My window burst open with a loud thud; a gust of chilly air flew into the dark room, sending stray papers in every direction. A thick beam of moonlight cast eerie shadows across the four walls of my bedroom. Sitting up in my bed, I could see a human-shaped shadow on the carpeted floor. I lifted my eyes to the open window and, although it was dark, I could clearly see the silhouette of a person crouching down to climb through the window. Reaching over, I flipped the switch on the blue lamp standing next to my bed.
I walked up and sat down near the shore of the lake. There was a part where they had put beach sand leading into the lake. I knew there would be this area so I brought a towel with me so I could lay on it. I laid on the towel and took in the environment around me.
All of a sudden instead of flying forwards, im being shot sideways right into a short brick building and I collapsed into the old red and orange colored bricks. I tumble down the wall into a pile of older bricks that had already started falling off the outside of the building. I
and we were going down into this deep-dark drop off. Finally we came to an opening where there was light and we were going up the slide and then back down from right to left a couple of times. The damp wet taste was on my throat as I tried to take a breath. Once we stopped swaying up and down we went into to the normal part of the slide. That took us back into the water park where you inhale the scent of wet people and damp clothes.
“Hmm?” I thought to myself, wondering what I could’ve just saw. At first I thought it was some type of iguana
I would have never experienced such wonders if I didn't let go of my fear. All these years, all the photos and all the stories that my friends have told me have come true. Shimmering scaled creatures swim past me in the search of something. Each having a different direction to go to. I saw luminous corals, languorous turtles silhouetted in the deep blue of the ocean and hundreds of tropical fish.
