Ian walked towards us along with two men who looked like GQ models. What is with Italy and these men… Dressed in impeccably tailored suits which fitted them perfectly they gave me a genuine smile when stood in front. I turned my gaze when I saw they were watching me intently and I had no idea who were they.
Yug may have noticed my predicament. he jumped in and made our introductions. And I got to know the two guys were his employee's cum friends.
The one who was introduced as Mark came forward, pulling my right hand in his and kissed the back of my hand mumbling” welcome Regina.” I wondered if it was a name but I know for a fact that it was an endearment seeing the way he pressed the word in his Italian dialect. And the other one who stood

I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw Soph quickly walking to Eric and pulled him along with her. And if I’m not wrong there were some other who was laughing. I turned to see the entire gang looked amused at the scene.
I was disturbed by a deep voice beside me and I couldn’t stop thinking it was something familiar.” Fancy meeting you again. bella.”
My assumptions were correct; I noticed it was the guy from the mall who was flirting with me the other day. I wish I didn’t turn and saw the stupid smug smirk on his face.
Ahhh how I hate these men and their stupid smirks.
“Sorry I don’t think we met before” I sincerely tried to fool him. I was sure it worked a little but the man was an adamant fool. He started reminding me the entire incident as if I’m a short term memory loss patient.
Oh, that came really bad but you know what I meant. Right?
To save myself from the further misery I admitted that I remembered him and that was another mistake I committed. He settled himself beside me. As if I was his girlfriend he wouldn’t stop throwing cheesy lines which were actually to make me blush. But poor boy no such luck till now. I didn’t know 5 minutes could be this
I attended the book launch for The Regina Industrial School (1891-1910): Historical Overview and Chronological Narrative by Douglas Stewart, Professor Emeritus and film screening of RIIS from Amnesia by Janine Windolph and Trudy Stewart on the evening of October 25, 2017. My first impression when I walked into the room was that there were many white faces in the crowd consisting and students and older adults as well as a few Indigenous people. The evening consisted of exploring the effects residential schools had on students, the function of residential schools, as well as the process of uncovering truth. The evening started with an introduction by James Daschuk to welcome and invite forward two members of All Nations Hope, Wesley and Audrey
Some people see humans as a bright and inspiring species while some see the human race as an inexplicably evil and self absorbed group of primates. The Veldt by Ray Bradbury, The Cask Amontillado by Edgar Allan Poe and The Lottery by Shirley Jackson highlight these inexplicable acts of murder and inhumanity. For example, in The Veldt, two children allow their parents to be mauled by lions to enable the prolonged use of the nursery. In The Lottery, people are being killed for no reason only to abide by the ways of the society, and in The Cask Amontillado, a man is left to suffer and die in a catacomb as an act of revenge for a minor slight.

Again, based off of his dialogue the reader can assume this man is a girl watcher because he knows the way girls walk. He notices right away if a girl walks a certain way he hasn't seen before. Sammy seems to have this distorted image of women. He gives the reader the idea that all women are supposed to be tall, thin and attractive, who have perfectly groomed hair and a “prim” face. However, toward the end of the story, the reader begins to see a softer side of Sammy.
Have we ever walked into a room wearing a tshirt and shorts, while everyone around us is dressed up in extremely fancy clothes? It is awkward. We feel out of place. They stare at us with big eyes watching our every move. Dress codes were put into place a long time ago.
Mrs. Ansley and Mrs. Slade sit upon a restaurant terrace having lunch and conversing as most friends do. Mrs. Slade remarks that “ After all it’s [Rome] still the most beautiful view in the world.” To which Mrs. Ansley replies “It always will be, to me.” Foreshadowing that something about Rome to Grace Ansley is much more significant to her than to Alida Slade. The interesting
Tuscany an Italian place characterized by its beauty and happy and romantic people. After the panoramic shots the camera subsided a focuses in relaxed and carefree characters lying on the ground and listening with enthusiasm as Beatrice recites the words of a song. The pace then changes after a man delivers the message that the soldiers of Don Pedro return for a visit. Then all the care-free people start running with excitement, this adds to the joyful and light-hearted view of the characters. The author also uses imagery of white flowing dresses that symbolize the freedom and purity of the characters.
the fact that he hasn’t been near Daisy since then makes us think that maybe he was truly a third- rate Italia, Roman fortune hunter ( as Mrs Costello describes him). However the fact that we appears genuinely saddened by her death “Giovanelli was very pale... At last he said, "She was the most beautiful young lady I ever saw, and the most amiable"; and then he added in a moment, "and she was the most
It’s difficult to pinpoint a specific moment in one’s life in which your life is transformed. We often realize that this moment is so signingagent when looking back on personal experiences and don’t realize it at the time. For me, this moment occurred when I realized that I had taken what I love most for granted. It all started back in 2004 when my family suggested that I get into a sport at a young age.
My first day of high school as a freshmen in a new level of education Is what I was thinking when I woke from slumber that morning in bed. Stepping foot on the campus wasn’t even the beginning, taking the school bus in the morning is where the first taste of being a freshmen and actually starting and being an high school student. I started to get really nervous and a sense of reality hit me. Walking towards the bus stop all I see is a huge group of high school students waiting around for the bus, calm and cool as I try to stay to be I approach the waiting area not knowing what to I’m getting into.
Most people will come across a person that they will become very close with and call them their best friend. Zach Martin is my best friend and there are many reason for that. He is a very trust worthy person, he is fun to be around, and he is like a brother to me at this point. Also, if I ever need help with something he will come to help me if he can. Zachary Alan Martin is 5’8” and weighs approximately 170 pounds.
