Skrrt, Skrrt, cars everywhere, people are racing and flexing their whip. As I get out of my cousin’s FRS, I see many groups pull up on the side. I think to myself “Oh my, aye, that’s insane”, from stance cars to sleepers you get a variety of everything. Looking out to spot my one of my favorite cars, a Lancer Evolution enters from nowhere and makes me turn my head from one side to the other. Here everybody creates their own unique entrance with style on their car and it ranges from wheels, to engines, and exhaust pipes. The smell of gasoline and excitement fills the air for car lovers everywhere. Knowing only which cars I like, I did not really care too much about the details inside the car, since if it looked good on the outside, then the …show more content…
I ran into the crowd and to try to get a better look at which cars were racing. Looking out at the streets I identify a Subaru Forester against a Dodge Challenger. Everybody is in silence, thinking to themselves. In the group, I start feeling anxious to see who will win since I believe that the muscle car is going to easily win this, but the Forester challenged him so I am pretty sure the Forester has something up his sleeve. Both drivers stomp on the gas pedal as soon as the light turns green and prepare to start shifting gears a few seconds later the Forester is in the lead and zooms off into the night. In my book the winners write the history, after his victory, he drives over towards the crowd and screaming and shouting they demand him to pop his hood to see what is he hiding under there. Raising his hood everybody around him is in shock, except me, I did not know why they were acting like this until I my cousin gave me the details; he then told me the guy swapped out his engine and replaced it with an STI engine not too long ago since what he bought was considered “stolen parts”; he had to place the engine somewhere and he thought why not the Forester. My cousin tells me that this is what a sleeper is. I am completely in awe and think to myself “sleepers are probably the craziest thing someone can do to their car”. I imagine a sleeper racing anybody and winning most of the time because nobody will ever …show more content…
They tell me just about everything about the cars I like, but when they get into details about how fast they can go and what type of engine is inside the car, I get completely lost since I don’t focus on what is under the hood. They all then ditch me so I can start asking other people about their cars. I somewhat understand why they left, so that I can meet and talk to new people to get opinions on how I will build my car one day. This led me to talk to some people with older cars that look brand new. I began to listen broadly, since I have mad respect for the people who bought $4,000 cars and make it look like it’s worth $15,000. They told me it’s all about timing and your own opinion since why buy parts for your car if they don’t please you. I learn that if they have their eyes on an item and wait for it to go down knowing it will drop; they can then buy more parts later, but if you know the parts you want will not drop, then you should try to get it as soon as possible since there are other people who might grab them. After talking to some people about car parts, I obtain an idea in my head. A red or white S2000 that is sticker bomb completely or changing the logo to have a superhero I really like and another idea that pops up in my head instantly is a turquoise Subaru Wrx with rims in the shape of a spider-web with bags and lip so I can

Danger, getting killed, getting hurt, getting burned is just part of the deal. You want to go racing you had to put up with it". I told you I know a perfecttt spot for a Toyota dealership. they could sit there and watch the mini 's and B.M.W 's having a tracker pull them up the hill in the snow or when it rains. I really believe in consumer satisfaction. Why buy a "product" if its, "A piece of shit" and "waste of money". Its like voting for Mitch McConnell.. why???
So also, through the 1920s and 1930s the road going games/GT auto began to rise as particular from quick tourers (Le Keeps an eye on had initially been a race for visiting autos) and games autos, whether slipped from basically road going vehicles or created from thoroughbred dashing autos came to overwhelm races, for example, Le Keeps an eye on and the
Ken Block attracted the attention of many young Americans and even some old and this caused the people of America who make the cars recognize Block. According to Wilde ``They captured the imagination of a generation, and brought about wholesale changes to how car manufacturers did their business. They broke new ground and reached new audiences, setting the blueprint for the automotive media landscape as we know it today”(1). Block did the unimaginable, therefore he attracted the attention of many American companies and helped them do things no one has ever done before, and introduced a new image of the American racing and car industry to Americans. Ken Block has single handedly created trends and influenced millions of Americans and that's got to be his best achievement of all time.

People may ask where it's pretty simple. Through the years the car shapes and sizes differ from the short fat fendered willys coupe to a Buick riviera. The same concept is still there.
“ But I could hear the roar, even louder now, and I recognized it: the roar of the engine revved up to full throttle…. Then I turned back and saw it-- a black car -- just an outline at first, then clear and detailed… I saw a man hanging out of the passenger window, hanging way out. He had something pulled over his face, some kind of ski mask, and he was holding a long metal baseball bat in both hands, like a murder weapon… The man in the ski mack leaned farther out the window. He pulled the bat back and up.
Brent Knutson article “Auto Liberation” is an interesting one. Knutson has just returned from a four year stays in Kaiserslautern, Germany and realized quite a few differences in the German Autobahn and American Interstate System. The difference have lead him to take a position on making American interstate highways “Speed-limit Free”. “Auto Liberation” uses four main points to support his position; American’s can drive “at speed” with proper training, cars are made to drive fast safely, insurance twist statistics for to scare us for their own benefit, and lastly it’s fun to effectively prove his position. Knutson effectively persuades his position on making American interstate highways “speed-limit free” by using descriptive writing, quotes

In the world, people have many hobbies and interests, being a car enthusiast is one of them. There are many stereotypes and misconceptions against car enthusiasts due to the lack of knowledge non-car enthusiasts have. Whether you want to drag race, race on the track or go off roading, a true car enthusiast sees the beauty in cars whereas other people would just see a normal car. Car enthusiasts find the beauty in cheaper cars where they could mod their car to their desire.
