Descriptive Essay About The Banquet

What is a banquet? Banquet is a place where many guests having their Food and beverage together. You can say banquet is a proper place to party. But this party is held and fixed with date, time and price. Like you want to hold a party with 300 people, then you have to fix the date, time and price of food and banquet hall.

During the Week Ten of this semester, we held the banquet with the theme of the opera phantom. The color of our banquet is based on black, white and gold. The whole banquet is based on a love story to run through. We have four performances throughout the banquet. Including waltz, singing performances and modern ballet.

In the beginning of the banquet, I was in the service team of beverage. We decided to serve two wines for the guests, the white wine is for the starter, and the red wine is for the main course and dessert. Every service of the beverage’s team member should be in charge of two tables of the guests. During the preparation of the banquet, because of the entertainment team got some problems, after the entertainment team manager and service team manager have done a communication and handover, I changed my team to entertainment, and also one of the classmate replaced my position before.
