I am a college student at the University of Michigan. I am currently living in a dorm with one roommate and the rates per month are through the roof! I want to get a tiny house that is mobile and I can tow myself. Selecting a tiny house can be a tough experience. Especially when you have a budget of $15,000! There are many key factors you have to take in. Is it in my price range? What is a requirement and what is a want? Can I fit the needs for my pet? Does it have a loft? I visited the first house, and it was surprising. It was 160 sq ft. with a blue paint. The house has excellent storage with extra under the stairs. The man then opened a sliding door and surprise, surprise there’s a bathroom. The bathroom was decent sized considering its secricity. The stairs were right next to the bathroom so they had put in storage under the stairs in the bathroom. In the upstairs loft, there was a lot of room up there. I could comfortably fit a queen size bed in the loft, sit on top of my bed, and not hit my head on the ceiling. The loft and the deck were the same size at 8’ by 8’. I really liked this one except for the color, I just don’t like the yellow on the house. After careful consideration and reviewing I have finally made my decision. I decided on house two which was the cream colored porta-potty house. The house may have been small but it was just my size. There is not a need for more than one person if I am the only one living there. It couldn’t fit my bed or my dog couldn’t sleep with me, but
