The purpose of this research is to examine whether salary, job security and stability, opportunities for advancement and promotion, and students’ perception on accounting field will influence the decision to pursue professional accounting programs of accounting students in Malaysia. This research is included descriptive research and quantitative research. Descriptive research is a survey which the purpose is to produce an accurate representation of person, event or solution (Saunders, Lewis, & Thornhill, 2009). The undergraduate students who are taking Bachelor of degree in accounting and accounting and finance in several Universities within Malaysia are the target population for this research. Next, a sample of 200 students was selected to get feedback to perform the data analysis research. The questionnaire will directly distribute to the respondents through online questionnaire survey and face to face interaction, which is non-probability sampling will be applied. The information will be gained from the sample of 200 students from Universities in Malaysia and to analyze how each of the respondent responds towards the factors chosen which included salary, job security and stability, opportunities for advancement and promotion, and students’ perception on accounting field and to examine whether these factors affects the accounting students’ decision to pursue professional accounting program in several Universities within Malaysia. Last but not least, non-probability sampling includes convenience sampling, self-selection sampling, and et cetera. Convenience sampling would be adopted in this research. It is chronic condition that is linked with a substantial personal and societal cost along with general medical comorbidities, including dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease (Kilbourne, Rofey, McCarthy, Post, Welsh, & Blow, 2007). It is commonly known that these medical conditions often lead to life altering challenges and most often premature deaths. However, most of these medical diagnoses can be preventable or at least manageable with a proactive lifestyle that includes a healthy diet, daily exercise and medication.

Stratifying according to dietary pattern, 66 were strict vegetarians, 102 lacto-ovo-vegetarians, and 100 omnivores, and groups did not differ according to male-to-female ratios and age (Table 1). The frequencies of weight excess [26% (95%CI 15–37) versus 38% (95%CI 29–47) versus 55% (95%CI 45–65), pre-diabetes [21% (95%CI 11–31) versus 29% (95%CI 20–38) and 36% (95%CI 27–45)], and hypertension [18% (95%CI 9–27) versus 26% (95%CI 17–34) and 33% (95%CI 24–43)] were higher in the omnivores than in lacto-ovo-vegetarians and strict vegetarians, respectively. The omnivorous group showed higher mean values of anthropometric measurements including percentage of fat mass than the other groups (Table 1).

This can be seen from the simulation Ramada did, during the “Grand Hotel Opening” they asked their employees, this includes staffs and management, some people from headquarters and the property owners. These are the people they are interested in and they are the people that Ramada wants to do research on. This sampling method is appropriate because it focuses on the population the researches interested in studying. It is more necessary rather than conducting the research on the customer, they instead focus on their own management to improve their inside quality.
My interest in Accounting stemmed from my optimistic expectation about career development in this field. Accounting is so important in the business world that only on the basis of accounting information, management is able to make investment decisions, and optimize internal operation. Thus, it is widely applied to every business sector.
