Marketing strategy includes all activities in the field of marketing. The strategy deals with the analysis of the strategic situation of a company. There are evaluation and selection of market-oriented strategies which contribute to the goals of the company and its marketing objectives. Marketing Mix is combined to capture and promote a brand or product’s unique selling points. It differentiates it from its competitors. The Four Ps have been used by branding agencies marketing companies, and web design companies throughout the world. The 4P’s also known as Price, Place, Product and Promotion. This is a strategy which was designed as an easy way to turn marketing planning into practice. This strategy is used to meet the consumer needs for long term or short term purposes. The marketing mix can be altered to meet different requirements for each product produced. The price policies and procedures relate to the price level of the product (Lopez & Puig, 2000). The specific prices that need to be applied includes price maintenance specials, promotional deals, and credit and repayment terms. The promotion is related to all advertising, promotions, personal selling and direct marketing and any other promotional work for the product. The last P is Place. Propose customer retention and loyalty strategy
Retaining customer in the service is most important things just after the customer starts to use the service. To find current level of retention in Dhiraagu was very difficult, as this is very sensitive information.
According to (Kohloffel, 2000) the customer retention over time and sometimes unexpected ways. Even a change in customer retention can make a business system and multiply over time. The result is long-term profit and growth. There are number of simple customer retention strategies that will cost to implement. Each technique listed here in-depth step-by-step process to be increased customer retention significant. It will have a massive impact on your business. The customer retention strategy is about keeping the customers in to acquire. In an industry, customers make multiple purchases over the years.
As a consultant recommend bellow entire team should be focused on retaining customers through:
· Cross-selling, up-selling and asking for referrals from
- working with working staff to set up strategies, models and frameworks. - Setting client administration measures & assuring that the current standards satisfy the customers & helps retaining them. • Coordinating with the workers themselves can help effectively in setting appropriate models for the procedures & systems because they are the ones who interact directly with raw materials and producing the products, so they would know better if anything in manufacturing needs improvement or so. • It is important to satisfy the current customers in different possible ways in order to retain them which eventually leads in attracting more customers as well.
What our company needs is an increase in customer lifetime value. We can do this by building long term relationships, creating strong brand loyalty, using the right incentives to attract new clients and incentivizing current customers to retain them and offering superior customer service. To build strong term relationships the company has to stop thinking short term, but focus on long term lasting customer relationships. We have to be honest; although our main job is to sell we should not treat our customer as pay cheques.

6.0 Marketing Strategies There are different marketing strategies which can be applied for each component depending on organizational objectives or goals. The pricing strategy or pricing policy is one of the most important managers make for a product as it affects the profitable outcome and competitiveness that a product may make. (Toni, 2017). A business can use a variety of pricing strategies when selling a product or service. The price can be set to maximize profitability for each unit sold or from the market overall. It can also be used to defend an existing market from new entrants, to increase market share within a market or to enter a new market by dropping the price or offering more benefits with the device such as packages.

First of all customer means A person who buys goods or services from a shop or business, loyalty means the state or quality of being loyal, faithfulness to commitments or obligations. After that, I am able to create long-term and mutually beneficial exchange relationships between an entity and the publics with it interact. Moreover, the strategic marketing analysis & planning process such as internal & external situation assessment, strategy formulation, positioning and marketing mix were taught during lessons in detail that integrated my marketing knowledge.
