Grupo Distribucion S.A is a group composed of three different companies: Disconfites, Dislicores and Dialsa, founded in that same order. Each company has a different focus in the wide category of selling and distributing products of mass consumption. Disconfites is responsible for distributing external brands but also focuses on positioning its own line of products in different categories of the market, Dislicores is in charge of distributing the most prestigious wines and spirits in country, and Dialsa represents Diageo in 4 departments in Colombia.

The General Assembly is conformed by delegates from different cities, the meeting is held in March each year and it is the highest division of administration. The Board of directors adopts their own rules which are considered necessary for the management and the organization. The Manager is the legal representative of FEDI and the main executor of the Board decisions, head of administration, and hierarchical supervisor of all employees. There are two control division which are the Statutory Auditor and Committee Social Control. The Statutory Auditor is external, and is the one in charge of Ser Fiscal .It makes sure that the transactions entered into or fulfilled on behalf of FEDI meet the requirements of the Statute , the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board. It is the one in charge of the acts and cooperative agreements of the governing bodies, it adjusts to the laws, statutes, regulations and cooperative rules. In this fund there are a lot of services that can help the employees such as, voluntary, personal emergencies , home savings, Christmas savings, and dependent expenses . Often the decision to outsource or participate in offshoring can be tempting to a company. Well the impact of outsourcing and offshoring must be examined to ensure that the decision is in the best interest of the company.

SAIC strengths are their loyalty they have from their clients by proving their customers with innovative merchandise that put the company ahead of others in their industry, with management marketing teams improving services through services and merchandises increasing company growth. The distributors that the support the company provides the company supplies are better than their competition (A, 2012).
The audit reports are usually used by shareholders, as they would want to check if the money they have invested is put to good use and also to calculate the amount of dividend they would get if the company were doing well. The management and the board of directors as well would use the information to see how well the company is doing and to know if the firm is free from fraud and is assessed properly. The company has well-established operations in United Kingdom, Ireland and France. Also, it has a wide range of products. However, the company continues to improve the participation in both soft drink categories and sales channels. Therefore, innovation is the key driver of growth and it is the core of the business. So that the company will launch different products according to the customers’ needs.
The term labour relations, refers to the system in which employers, employees and their representatives (management) and, the government who all interact and work together directly and indirectly to set the ground rules for working relationships inside and organization. labour relations has its roots stemming from the industrial revolution, where we saw the emergence of trade unions to represent workers and their rights. A labour relations system reflects the interaction between the main actors in the organization namely the government, the employer, trade unions and employees. Well set out labour relations in an organization safeguards fair labour practices, as well as contributes to long term success within the organization. There are multiple advantages to the Labor Relations Act, all of these advantages are put into place in order to protect the well being of the employee as well as the employer both on a fair and equal basis.
Strengths: As a student one of my strengths is organization. I can say I can keep my school materials and notebooks organized in a way that I and others can comprehend. The reason I can say I am organized is because, I have hardly ever had in the past or present any issues with trying to find homework or assignments because I always kept my materials for each class organized and in a place I could easily find. Another strength I have is social skills. I can believe that I communicate with others well in a group.
The spread is organized according to per capita basis in these countries. Besides, the mission of the company is to provide a complete range of products to the consumer in relax and pleasant environment. Other than that, the workforce also play a big role. As stated in Principle 1, The Board of Directors directs the Group’s risk assessment, strategic planning, succession planning and financial and operational management to ensure that obligations to shareholders and other stakeholders are understood and met. The board of directors has a collective responsibility for the management of the group to make sure the group is on the way to approach to their objectives while the non-Executive Directors are responsible for bringing independent judgment and scrutiny to decisions taken by the Board of Directors and providing objective challenges to management. Besides, the board of directors also function as formalising and adopting a set of Code of Ethics through the Code of Conduct as Recommendation 1.3 as stated in the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2012 to make sure its compliance, establishing an appropriate set of corporate disclosure policies and procedures and ensuring a whistleblowing mechanism is in place.
