Although Friar Laurence was just trying to help the couple, Friar Laurence’s misguided advice and impulsive decisions is what led to Romeo’s death. Many other characters contributed to Romeo’s death, it was Friar Laurence’s plan that primarily led to Romeo’s death. Firstly, Friar Laurence's decision to marry Romeo and Juliet in secret initiated a chain of events that ultimately led to their tragic end. In Act II, Scene 3, Romeo sought the Friar's help to marry Juliet, despite their families' enmity.

There are many people in “ Romeo and Juliet” who attributed to their deaths First, friar Lawrence was the mastermind who made all the plans, but didn’t work, the second person was Juliet because she made wrong choices, the third person was Lord Capulet by making Juliet make mistakes. Therefore Friar Lawrence, Juliet, and Lord Capulet all attributed to the deaths of Romeo and Juliet.
In this paper, I am going to further explain my three reasons. To begin with, I think Friar Lawrence is responsible for Romeo and Juliet ’s death because he married Romeo and Juliet together thinking it would end their families’ feud. “To turn your households’ rancor to pure love” (Romeo and Juliet 2.3.93) If they hadn’t been married, that may have changed a lot of the decisions that
Though it can be argued that Romeo is the main cause of Romeo and Juliet's death, Friar Lawrence could also be at fault for this tragedy because of his recklessness and involvement. However, Friar Lawrence ultimately is not the main cause of their deaths because it was Romeo's irrational thinking that got him and Juliet killed. Romeo makes many bad decisions that lead to his death. He kills Tybalt which results in him being banned from Verona. This results in him not knowing about the plan.
In the tomb he says, “Stay not to question, for the watch is coming; come, go, good Juliet. I dare not stay longer. ”(5.3.158-159). If Friar Lawrence had stayed with Juliet and not have been scared over the consequence, Juliet could have

People might think Friar Laurence is to blame, such as in the article “Romeo and Juliet” by Dr. Jennifer Minter. “And this distilled liquor drink thou off; When presently through all thy veins shall run. A cold and drowsy humor, for no pulse,” (S.S, pg. 453). Friar Lawrence quoted that he would help Juliet fake her death. This is why Friar Lawrence is the one to blame for causing the most trouble in Romeo and Juliet. Yes, there are many other characters in the story to blame, but Friar Lawrence helped with a series of events that led to Juliet's death.
Juliet shortly after killed herself even after Friar Lawrence getting there and trying to get her to come with him so she could be safe (Shakespeare 227). The final evidence is on (Shakespeare 233) when Friar Lawrence admits that he is responsible for the deaths of Romeo and his sweet Juliet. This why I believe that Friar Lawrence should take most of the responsibility for what happened on this tragic
