In this letter we are able to look at the past and see more than just the history, we can appreciate how the people felt at those times of unfairness. This letter in particular makes you understand not all of Germany was with Hitler or the Nazi party. How one of the closest relatives of the leader of Germany, didn’t share his ideas and rather oppose them. I found the letter amazing for many reasons among them the story of William Patrick Hitler of standing up against one of the most dangerous leaders in the world, and the historic richness the letter
The Helmuth Huebener Group Hitler was an expert of deception. Most German citizens were left in the dark about the war for years due to the use of propaganda, although a few very brave Resistance fighters fought back to this propaganda. Through leaflets to lethal force, Resistance fighters continually tried to spread the truth about Hitler. Helmuth Hubener and his friends were very brave Resistance fighters who tried to expose Hitler’s propaganda. Hitler was able to deceive German citizens throughout the Holocaust; and even during the last few months of the Holocaust, many Germans still believed that Germany was winning the war.
Many say that there was an alternate path that could have been taken to avoid the war, and they are correct, there were multiple ways to avoid both World War ll and the Holocaust, but humanity and society were blinded by fear and bloodthirst, they really are not to blame, it was the most brutal events in human history(Vail 9). The Holocaust is a time in history when millions of people were persecuted in
Adolf Hitler died April 30, 1945 by committing suicide along with his wife Eva. This happened at Führerbunker in Berlin, an air raid shelter located in Berlin, Germany. There are some theories as to how he killed himself such a self inflicted gun-shot, or that he poisoned himself. Overall, no one knows for sure how Hitler died because none of the theories have been proven true. The reasoning behind Hitler’s suicide is said to be because he was being closed in on by the Russians.
The Holocaust Concentration Camps: Auschwitz The Holocaust was a horrid experience. The Holocaust came about because Adolf Hitler was upset over the loss of World War I. Hitler blamed the Jews for Germany’s loss in World War I, and he wanted to take over Germany, with that came him thinking he had to get rid of all the Jewish people. So after the loss of World War I, he tried and succeeded with the extermination of most of the Jews. Hitler first sent the Jews to concentration camps, which about 20,000 concentration camps were built by Nazi Germany. The main camps were the ones of Auschwitz.
What are the factors that forces us or obey (or disobey) them? During the Nazi Germany concentration camps millions of people were killed. However, Hitler and a few others couldn't have been the ones who did it all. Why did everyone considered following the orders that were given? Was it the people who gave the order or were the people afraid?
For example, Germany suffered heavy loss after the First World War. Not only they could not make a large military, they had to pay heavy reparations to the allied countries. Then Hitler rose up to break the treaty of Versailles and brought limited power to the people. That was the positive effect to the German Aryan races. However, the negative effect comes later in the Second World War.
After the religious dissenters from Europe arrived in America, society was dominated by a clash of various religious beliefs. Those beliefs continued to dominate America for hundreds of years, up until the latter half of the 20th century. Religion was so strong in America that it dictated the lives of millions of settlers that lived in the colonies. People in America can now worship as they believe but no state religion is to be endorsed. Many different Christian denominations are being worshipped in America today.
Frustration - Aggression Theory defined as, “Racial prejudices generally have three components; one component is a cognitive component. A cognitive component that provides a description of members of the target group, often including negative stereotypes such as “lazy,” “thoughtless,” “criminal,” or “unfeeling”” (Hughes 2013:2016 pg. 216) Frustration-aggression theory discus that prejudice and/or discrimination expand among people who are frustrated with their inability to attain highly desired goals and respond with aggression toward others. Nazis in Germany were killing Jewish people for hyperinflation, because they felt that they were the problem. Some Germans helped Jewish people survive due to people getting killed or taken to work at
The Holocaust: The Persecution of the Jews On January 30, 1933 – May 8, 1945, Due to the Nazi 's need to demonstrate their "God-like power". The holocaust is known as one of the most gruesome parts about World War II, the reason for that is because of the Nazi 's, only seeing the Jews as parasites needing to be exterminated, due to their racist and anti-Semitic ideology. On January 30, 1933, Hitler assumed power as chancellor of Germany. He presided over a cabinet in which Nazi minister was still in the minority. On February 27, 1933, Reichstag building was set on fire, it housed to the German parliament.
