Most architects create drawings when they are designing a building while some may even develop plastic models to showcase the building architecture. The preliminary design is based on what the client wants from the project. Once the client likes the preliminary design, then the architect creates detailed drawings of each aspect of the project known as construction drawings. These are detailed drawings that contain specifications for the contractors to execute the project. The role of an architect also varies based on the firm and project he is working on.

As explained by Rwelamila (1996) and Harmon (2003), the prime objective of a client in a building project is to attain a successful project; a project that has been properly planned, designed, and constructed in accordance with plans and specifications, and completed within the time and cost originally anticipated by both the owner and the contractor. However, nowadays, conflicts among project participants mostly among contractors, architects and consutants increase dramaticaly in a construction industry. This maybe due to the internal and external factors. For instance, based in my experience during performing an industrial training with consultant firm which is FC NG Perunding, there were some problem that consultancy firm faces during the construction stages which are the main beam in first floor cannot support the load of slab. This problem happen maybe due to the lack of communication and discussion among consultants, contractors and architect.
