This essay will describe the intrapreneurship and compare the differences between Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship and some examples from the business world. Then, explain why larger organizations are pursuing an agenda of intrapreneurship. Then, will look at the difficulty of development of an intrapreneurial culture. After that, it will suggest strategies can be adopted in pursuit of intrapreneurship culture.
