One of most consumed food in India today is the hamburgers well known as burgers. These burgers are sold mostly in fast food restaurants which are located in almost every city. For one it is impossible to go without perceiving there is fast food restaurant nearby. There are many fast food joints emerging in the city with its own unique differences. I chose “KFC” and “Burger King” to visit.
Production process
The production process of KFC and Burger King were almost similar in terms of facility layout and taking orders, logging and fulfilling it. Both used a computer system that allows the cashier to punch the order on the sales systems and it then pops up on a small display for the cooks in the kitchen, therefore they know what’s is needed

My dining experience was pretty decent. In order to check how KFC handle its special orders, I ordered one regular burger and one with extra patty and mayo. Special orders were taken care of the same way as regular orders. Nonetheless, when the burger arrived, I was awed to see both being precisely as requested. They used the sticker on burger package to distinguish the difference. For instance, my regular burger did not have any stickers while my special ordered burger had sticker of onions and mayo. This allows the order fulfiller to place correct burger on the tray or to-go-box. They took some time but it was worth waiting; the quality of burger was spot on. My recommendation to Burger King would be to deliver order to the table. This would reduce congestion around the register as well as keep the food away from getting cold. Moreover this will enable its employees to interact with their customers about food and will also keep the dining area clean. Lastly I would recommend the quality in assembling the burger needs to be improved. As for KFC, I cannot think for any change except for the ketchup package which can really get messy sometimes. I think a ketchup cup would be better as one can easily dip in the fries without getting their hands dirty. My high school graduation, state championship banquet, and late night food runs throughout high school were all catered by Chipotle. I’ve been involved in so many delightful conversations and learned so much about my friends and family over a hearty meal from this restaurant. The service is amazing, the atmosphere is great, but the food is what brings everyone together. All the food Chipotle offers mixes together perfectly and you can always finish your meal off with their queso. I cannot think of one time that queso was not smothered all over my burrito bowl since they started serving it.
