Some people seek to immigrate and leave their hometown when they get this chance. Immigrants quickly realize the differences between their hometown and the new place they live in now. I'm one of these immigrants who feel these differences between my hometown , Maghagha, and Jersey City. The first day, I knew few differences between both of them. Gradually I observed many differences such as weather, infra structure, and public services. First deference between my hometown, Maghagha and Jersey City is the weather. Both cities have four seasons, but the weather is different for each one of them. The winter in Jersey City is very cold and snowy most of the time, whoever the winter in Maghagha is Warm, rainy, and has no snow. In spite of snow …show more content…

Houses in Maghagha are wider and higher than houses in jersey city. Houses in Jersey City most likely have back or front yard while, houses in Maghagha do not have even trees around houses. In Maghagha it is possible to use the houses for commercial purposes without any permissions, in contrast the rules and regulations in Jersey City do not allow to use houses for other purposes than residence. In addition to houses, roads are the same for Maghagha and Jersey City. Both of them have local ways and highways. Jersey City has many highways while Maghagha has just one highway. Roads in Jersey City are paved and clean, on the contrary, roads in Maghagha are unpaved and dirty except for the highway, which is paved and clean. Furthermore, Jersey City and Maghagha have two kinds of transportations, public and private transportations. public transportation in Jersey city include buses, trains, and taxi air conditioned in summer and heated in the winter, while most of transportaions in Maghagha do …show more content…

For example, in Jersey City everyone must have health care, whatever the kind of insurance they have, but in Maghagha just government employees have health insurance. In Maghagha we have two kinds of hospitals, public and private hospitals. The public hospitals are not clean and sometimes there are no doctors in midnight shifts. the private hospitals do not allow the patients to go through the hospital without make down payment before. on the contrary, the hospitals in Jersey City accept patients and later they can ask about kind of payment they will pay. In addition to health care, education is very important for both of the two cities. everyone has to be educated. There a few differences between both of them. for instance, in Jersey City the students in public school do not have to pay any money for books , and sometimes do not have to pay for food too, but in my hometown everyone has to pay for books except orphan
