Wilcom is embroidery software that happens to be the world’s favorite embroidery and apparel decoration software since 1970. Wilcom provides software for embroidery, digitizing, apparel decoration, design and embroidery editing. Today we survive in the mechanized world. Everything that is produced, has to be made faster and in volumes. In textile production there is a lot of demand in export houses for the continuous repeat geometrical patterns, preferably in embroidered products as these patterns add depth, volume and ornamentation to the fabric. Here, I present an observation made in the field of digital embroidery production. The study was conducted in a Buying House named, ‘Shiv Shakti’, based at Manesar, Gurgaon (Figure 67). This buying house produces and design products for various export houses exclusively designed and made with Wilcom Software. The products made by the company include myriad designs inspired by Mughal Jaali patterns. The products consist of dress material, laces, apparels and costumes. The designs are created on regular patterns based on Mughal Jaalis as well as are customized as per the requirements of customers and export houses. (Figure 61, 62, 63).  The complex endless patterns repeat can be created endlessly with just one attempt to create a sample pattern and the punching of that design through Wilcom (Figure 66).  Once punched design can be fed into Embroidery Machine and the design can be produced on any variety of fabric in what so ever amount and with lots of colour variations (Figure64).  Wilcom has proven to develop a great success in creating the complex looking Jaali repeats in embroidery as disclosed by the companies (Figure 65).  Whether the Jaali patterns are to be produced as they actually are on the surface of the buildings or by manipulating the original patterns; through Wilcom Software thousands of designs can be developed through digital embroidery in multiple variations of composition, colour and presentation on any number of
