Introduction: Digital painting is a mixed art form in which traditional painting techniques are programed by using the computer to create the same effect that a traditional brush will make, a digitizing tablet and stylus, and software. And personally I work with an iPad and I have downloaded procreate, Corel Painter, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. And I believe that digital painting is a form of art because it has all the aspects of art. also art always get effected by culture and the improvements that happens and that is how digital painting is developed from traditional painting. Federico Fellini once said, "All art is autobiographical. The pearl is the oyster 's autobiography. “Art is expression regardless of the type, whether the artist holds an acrylic soaked paint brush; or the stylus of a tablet- the finished creation is a truthful expression of themselves. Argument: When working in digital art; the artist 's best friend quickly becomes Ctrl+z, Digital artists have the benefit of being able to delete or start again as many times as they want without panic of over-smudging the piece. This point might be useful if the purpose was that it is easier to make digital art. But the easier it is to create something, the lower the quality will be. The quality of something which took me a minute to make will of course be less than the quality of something that was worked on carefully for months. Just because it is hard to make a piece of traditional art does not mean that digital art is on the same level with it. Traditional art being hard to make just forces the artist to become more skillful and careful in creating the art piece. In other words, isn’t digital painting considered
