Hi Bailee, I agree with you that we need to change the way we teach because technologies got more advanced and it would be helpful if we ultilize it in our teaching routine. Technologies can also help students be more engage in the classroom instead of listening to boring lecture. This will help entertain students while improve education.

Since some schools are more open to the idea of intertwining technology with learning, some factors should be considered before transitioning. Before integrating technology into curriculums, schools should consider possible addiction that students may acquire, lack of skills and short attention spans that may result from technological exposure, as well as the positive potential that technology has- like easy access. In the end schools should focus on both the negative and the positive side to rule out which one outweighs the other. Being exposed to technology at first can have an exciting effect on the user, overtime this can lead to addiction. Younger generations especially, can easily get captured by the contents on their computer as most of them “prefer picture to words” (Source E).
Once technology comes available it is important to learn and know the proper use of it. Children should be educated more to use it in positive way. Students are distracted by their phones when they are at school. As the teachers are always against the use of phones in school, students and computers when they are at school. One negative effect that students have at school is their lack of studies and grades.

His research focus deeply on the practices that has been done in classrooms to see if the students are using technology effectively and how the technology is helping them learn. The research results proved that all students held back from using the Internet and started using their brains to solve problems on their own. The students were able to pick which task they want to work on, and that shows that they are capable of taking care of their own learning. The results also proved that not just the students were able to take care of their learning and collaborate, but there is also collaboration between the teachers.
Commitment to ongoing learning is also recognised as an essential element. Teachers should be passionate about, not only student learning, but their own personal growth and professional development. Freedom and social justice: Respect for personal rights and freedoms, as well as for culture, human rights and dignity are essential elements that need to be present in daily practicum. Integrating technology in education can be extremely beneficial. It can be a useful method for the students and their teachers, which improves both their skills. In addition, being active on the Internet when learning can make students and teachers’ academic journey easier. In the classroom, technology can encompass all kinds of tools from low-tech pencil, paper, and chalkboard, to the use of presentation software, or high-tech tablets, online collaboration and conferencing tools, and more. The newest technologies allow us to try things in physical and virtual classrooms that were not possible before. Today, I cannot imagine how difficult it is to teach without technology and how hard it is to learn without it. Technology plays a major part in our lives as students.
School and teachers can influence the extent and quality of learning for all students. Teacher’s beliefs, practices and attitudes are important for understanding and improving educational processes. They are closely linked to teachers’ strategies for coping with challenges in their daily professional life. Educators have control over numerous factors that influence motivation, achievement and behaviour of students. They are turning around their approach into a focus on creating positive school climate and responsive classroom as part of holistic quality education based on child rights where there is effective teaching and classroom management, thus enhancing students’ learning experiences.
Throughout my training, I implemented various strategies for engaging students in small groups and rigorous lessons. My role as a teacher is to communicate effectively, be respectful, and have self-worth and confidence. I did fear making wrong choices throughout this field experience. I set high expectations the students to achieve high goals. Teaching to me opened doors to many students’ lives.

Digital learning has various effects on the academic performance of the students and this digital learning can help the students to improve their performance in the classroom. Digital learning really makes the students work easier. Because of this, the students may have an advanced knowledge by easily searching their lesson using this technology. With this digital technology, it gives more information to the students to gain more knowledge about their school works. There are lots of technology that were integrated into the classroom that help the students learn with comfort, and that allows the student to gain and recall more information.
