Dignity elements Certainly, ‘Dignity is not only recovers the life of people, but also improves their lives significantly’. There are many dynamics that reinforce the dignity’s presence in the society. The first dynamic is philosophy in the organization. ‘Any organization should be filled with dignity fostering features’. There should be abusing recognition arrangements that are any form such as physical, emotional, sensitive, monetary and sexual, and so on. Unambiguously, ‘the old generation suffers a great deal in these types of abusive environment and they start feeling of putting their prestige at stakes’. ‘From time to time, additional staff members do not understand the pain reliefs’ importance’. ‘No doubt on the integrity of the shelter projects, the government always wrapped up it up with the honest energies to deliver the best results’. But then again, in pain management, talking about the health field, ‘nurses or medical staff should understand the pain relief need of the sick people’. To preserve this one of the core objectives of dignity, ‘the organization should ensure people having pain should have immediate help as well as medication’. It is now high time that instructors take a responsibility of spreading awareness about healing the patient before they complain about the pain. Emotional values are associated with the dignity. These emotional values are built gradually, that people build it through his personal pleasurable, and challenging factors.
