Advantages – Divisional structures work well because they allow a team to focus upon a single product or service, with a leadership structure that supports its major strategic objectives. I knew marketing was extremely competitive and wanted to get ahead while I was in college. I ended up finding a start-up that focused on exactly what I was looking for. I reached out to the site expressing how interested I would be to intern for them & learn marketing. They responded back to me and wanted to chat on the phone to gauge my interests.
