The ultimate in E- procurement is transmitting your requirement to a third party (via internet) so that the third party can affect your purchases for you. The authors are aware of a firm called Interactive buyers network (IBNL) , which provides that very service.
ROADBLOCKS TO E-PROCUREMENT
1. Industry needs to develop standardized tools and a unified approach for encrypting data that will work for everybody so we can move forward.
2. They need to identify the advantages of web-browser software. When they realize that the cost of using a browser is cheap than a telephone call and more convenient they will use the

Nicholas Carr’s Is Google Making Us Stupid? is a great overview of the impact the Internet is having on his (and others); life, habits, and possibly even the brain. The old days of having to spend hours researching a subject are long gone because of the Internet. Having such a powerful tool available at any time can be a good thing and a bad thing wrapped up in the same package. Home computer and smartphone ownership have been on a steady rise over the last couple decades, with most homes now having multiple devices. Therefore, having information available at all times has become a reality.
Almost everyone in the world is distracted by technology. People can not live without internet, applications, social media and others that steels much of their time. Moreover, education is being influenced by technology. Technology has its advantages and disadvantages. One of its advantages is that it makes life easier and helps people with their tasks.
The integration of the new of the new e-commerce features to a website requires the consideration of the current information technology infrastructure. The consideration of the current information technology is important since it determines the cost, the data storage and the processing of information (Chan, 2000). The current level of technology that is applied with the company can provide the details of the cost that the company should incur to implement the new e-commerce feature. This is because it can determine the component of the information technology that should be added to the existing level of technology. Again the current level of the technology used by the company can determine storage system of the inventory.
Additionally, technology also has become a good way to improve communication and cumpution for which is to STAY CONNECT with them and more quicker than in the past as write letters and send it through mails. On the bright side, sometime technology can save your energy for which means routine tasks, administrative functions, and tedious oversight responsibilities can be controlled through programmed computer systems. PayPal is easy to access, portable, accept all payments and less fee for which is stressfree for owners and customers.

According to Noam Chomsky (as cited in Mackintosh, 2002), an American political writer and institute professor of linguistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, “The internet could be a very positive step towards education, organisation and participation in a meaningful society.” His speech represents that the Internet has played numerous roles in every community. It provides education, corporation, and cooperation, thus everyone should be able to access to the Internet and use it freely. However, some people disagree and claim that access to the Internet has negative effects. Many countries’ governments have generated the Internet censorship that is supposed to protect their nationality and country.
