It can also create an unfair situation and bring the loss of the staff to the company (Burks 2010).Thus, we need to think about how to make the family business better. Thus the boss’s relative should not have the privilege during work. And they will have the same treatment with other employees. If they do the wrong things, the boss should punish them seriously. It can make a fair environment and it is beneficial to both the development of the companies and staff. When it comes to the couple who run the company together, if they meet a problem during work, they should negotiate in a peaceful way. In case, they should distinguish the possess before they’re married to reduce the fighting to the company. Thus, when their relation is broke, there is no means that they will not work together. Throughout one’s life, one tends to adapt to the traditions of their family, and gain a significant bond with their loved ones, including their siblings. However, that connection a person gains can either be diminished or forgotten due to a sense of different mindsets between family members. The two stories “The Rich Brother” by Tobias Wolff and “Sonny’s Blues” by James Baldwin indicate that sibling rivalry occurs when each member does not understand or acknowledge their sibling’s perspective, and this builds a wall barrier between the siblings.
The family preforms essential tasks that contribute to societies basic needs and helps to maintain social order (Giddens, 2009). Different societies have rules regarding who can marry who but the majority apply the incest taboo (a cultural norm forbidding sexual relations or marriage between particular relatives). Reproduction between close relatives could have negative effects of mental and physical health of offspring but Macionis and Plummer highlight the social reasons for the existence of this taboo.
