There are so many issues that even government and our religion couldn’t It is true that it has weaknesses but we should also not neglect the positive effect that it can brought to us for the betterment of our country. The main goal of this is to give better understanding for teens the possible outcome of being uneducated. I believe that is it both parents and schools job to teach the children about negative effects of teenage pregnancy. In our family, most especially from my mother side, three of my cousins had their first child when they are at the age of 18 and 19. The reason behind that is, they are not in good terms with their parents, that’s why they tend to rebel and do things that against the will of their parents. Thus, we cannot also blame all the teenager who become parent in a young age because we didn’t know the reason behind it. I believe the parents are the one who will strongly influence their child and school can also a part of their knowledge by providing accurate information in encouraging to be responsible. Every Filipino has a choice to be educated or not but it is better to bring transformation in our community. It is right to keep in everyone’s mind and heart that knowledge is still a

Gaby Rodriguez spent her senior year with a fake pregnant belly on her body. She was told her entire life that she was going to end up just like the rest of her family: pregnant as a teen in high school. Defying all stereotypes, and working hard to disprove them, she used her year-long senior project to change everyone’s minds. The Pregnancy Project by Gaby Rodriguez is a realistic, eye-opening story that all teenagers should read. One of the things that makes it such a good book is the rawness you feel the whole time.
The two novels, “The Pregnancy Project” written by Gaby Rodriguez and the novel “Turning 15 and On The Road to Freedom” both share the same meaning. Both authors of the novels write about taking action. In the short novel, “Turning 15 and On The Road to Freedom”, Lynda Blackmon Lowery helps to the march for the right to vote. Many people took action and sacrificed a lot to help others approve Selma’s voting rights. In the novel of “The Pregnancy Project” Gaby Rodriguez illustrates her Senior Year Project which showed how stereotypical people can be.
What is a teen activist? A teen activist is someone who inspires people to do good in the world. They take a little cause and make it known worldwide. I believe that if we have teen activists in the world, people will want to do good things to help them. If that is true teen activists could make our world a better place.
Parents should consider the effect it will have on their family if their teen gets pregnant because they could just prevent it all. Most teens are scared to tell their parents that they are sexual active, so making birth control easily accessible to everyone would keep teen pregnancy rates down. Most parents think they can control their kid’s actions until they are eighteen and that´s not the case with sexual activity. Teens should be able to make the choice if they need birth control or not because they are making the choice to have sex. Most parents are not understanding enough for teens to tell them they need birth control.

As you can see the Philippines education is not that good and to improve our education system is through k-12. There are many pro arguments for k-12 program first is enhancing the quality education. This is very much needed here in our country, as stated before we have a poor educational system. Through k-12 our standards of education higher can be add more to our present curriculum therefore we can add to the stude3nts knowledge, next is preparation for students to work, its true not every one who finish high school in the Philippines will go to college most high school will look for a job after they graduate and most of them around 16 -18 years old therefore to young to earn living last is current curriculum will be “loosened”.
