When I was younger, I watched the animated Cinderella I, II, and III movies countless times in the car and in the family room of my house. Both times when I watched Zootopia, I felt the same way when I was watching the Cinderella series. This movie reminded me of the fun times that I had in my childhood. All of the lessons throughout these movies brings to life what children fantasize about all the time. Zootopia is not different from the other Disney movies. From the childhood bully: the fox Gideon Grey (actors name), to the dedicated bunny: Judy Hopps (actors name), Disney teaches children from all over the world valuable lessons. Zootopia is a family-friendly, manipulative, animated film. In this movie, Judy is underestimated by her parents, …show more content…
This shot showed five parts of the whole city. My favorite part that was shown by far is Little Rodentia because everything inside of that part of the city was so minuscule and cute. Judy had an encounter in Little Rodentia on her second day of being a ZPD Officer. This was also my favorite part of the movie since for once Judy seemed big instead of small. It gave the viewers hope that Judy could become something more than the underappreciated meter maid cop. This could have also given some viewers hope for their own lives, in that they will be something more than they already are. Judy also has a strong voice for a small bunny. Goodwin talks as if she is actually Judy Hopps. She manipulates the audience with her voice and gives them a reason to keep watching the …show more content…
Throughout the whole movie, he is always one step ahead which is why he is so successful with his work. In the end, his intelligence helps him and Judy maneuver out of dangerous situations. They develop an unbreakable, yet unexplainable bond. They have each other backs at all times. In fact, at the end of the movie, it was a life or death moment where Judy could have died, but Nick thought ahead of everything and saved the both of them. The dialogue in this movie shows confidence in the characters. This movie is to inform the viewers to see past all stereotypes and act kind towards one another. Zootopia is full of different kind of species whether prey or predator, but they all get along and look past each other 's differences. In the world today, America is brimming of all different races, ethnicities, and religion. This message is what viewers should learn about from the movie and take along with them in
It’s a fun time seeing the animals at the zoo, but do the animals love living there? This is what Jack Hanna thought throughout the book Monkeys on the Interstate by John Stravinsky. Most people are in the zoo business not for the well being of the animals, but instead for the money. On the other hand jack Hanna's first priority is the animals.
This is due to the films overwhelming amount of comedy content, the very talented actors that perform in it, and the very meaningful messages that the movie portrays. Everyone should see this movie no matter what. I would recommend this film to anyone, young or old, this is because the comedy and the jokes are funny for all ages. I give this film a thumbs up and a rating of 9 out of 10. Elf is a timeless movie that I believe will be a classic for many generations to
In the end, it comes down to how much the zoo was willing to risk the child’s life in order to save their
The producers use the characters to show a specific issue that should be addressed or to teach an important life lesson. However, they don’t simply tell you because the producers want you to think and reflect on the movie. Authors of books use the same method to give meaning to their stories. But what if movies and books did not have meaning and no one saw society or life in different perspectives? What if society ran in one direction and no one rose up to challenge it?
Through this we see our basis for the movie and the social hierarchy of Zootopia itself. Social classes in an animated children’s movie aren’t exactly something that we would be used to. Even though, we see throughout the
The next time you want to watch a Disney movie, you should try watching Monsters, Inc. Monsters, Inc. is the best Disney movie because it teaches viewers that it is better to make people laugh than to make them scream because they are scared, the film was very popular when it came out, and showed viewers that even though you expect the monsters to be scary, they can act just like us. If you ever feel like watching a movie, you should give Monsters, Inc. a
There are several themes to the movie, Zootopia, however, there are two important ones that need to be addressed. The first and most common theme of Disney movies is do not give up. If you were to ask a child what they thought the theme of the movie was, it would definitely be this one. Even if an accomplishment seems impossible, Zootopia teaches us that if one simply does not give up on their dreams and believes he/she can succeed, it is very much possible. This movie is recognized as an integrated society, however, there were obvious places for each society.
For example, in Ms. Horigan’s handout one of the pros for Disney was that Disney portrays the importance of “being yourself” in their films. The handout mentions, “Aladdin and The Lion King, show children both the importance of being yourself and living up to your responsibilities.” Many viewers may not realize the real message being portrayed in Aladdin the first time watching it. In fact, Aladdin asks for a wish to make him a wealthy prince in order to woo Princess Jasmine’s father. Aladdin, in reality, is a lower class thief.
Even 'The Lion King ' (1994), the Disney animated
The characters demonstrate character growth and maturity throughout the film, which has a great impact on the teenage culture. This movie teaches numerous lessons that are essential to the teenage audience. It shows that putting others down doesn’t make you feel any better, or that being kinder to others would
One more message that even overlaps the main one is the message of hope. As one of the actors said «...you never know, nothing is ever really dead if you look at it right. ». And it is easy to recognize a reminder to appreciate what we have.
