 There is no significant positive association/difference between the personal profile (namely, age, gender, marital status, religion, caste, educational background, designation, monthly income, type of family and work experience) of the respondents and their HR practices (Recruitment & selection, compensation pay and rewards, training and development, performance appraisal, employee involvement, career planning, motivation or job satisfaction and organization commitment) in the study area.
