Those reasons are why so many people see Stephen Hawking as inspirational. Stephen Hawking is one of the smartest people to ever live on this planet and he has had such a huge impact on science. Because of Hawking’s theories and discoveries that advanced our knowledge of the universe, the way he has taught society his concepts and inspiring people by not letting ALS get in his way of success has proven he has positively impacted our society. He is considered a protagonist because of the good he did for others and his ability to persevere through conflict. Most of George’s life was about him overcoming adversity and racism, and though all this he also showed extreme love for others. An example of this could be found in chapter 12.
