Recently, A serious health issue started to appear and spread in earth, putting the safety of many living people nearby in danger. substance abuse is the consumption of drugs in amounts which is harmful to their body. In fact, this problem threatens the safety and balance of the whole world and thus requires detailed research and fast reactions, substance abuse as it is named by doctors and government , created a huge problem for government in the past few years as it exposes the life of people nearby and the environment to a huge risk, alcohol abuse and drug abuse can be also called substance addiction. drug addiction has many causes as curiosity, daring games by teenagers, feel better and to be athletically

according to national institute on drug abuse (Preventing Drug Use among Children and Adolescents ) In this program schools focus on student social and academic skills including relationships , self-control, coping, and drug-refusal skills. school based prevention should be included in the academic program as a result of school failure educators face the problem of drug abuse these program strength students bond to school and reduce the probability of dropping out school. most academic material include information about correcting the misperception that many students are abusing drugs . A different type of interventions include school wide programs that affect the school environment as a whole. All of these activities can serve to strengthen protective factors against drug abuse. but if students challenge each other to start taking drugs and abusing as a challenge or curiosity the school prevention program can't provide a cure him. It can only provide information to students so students don't try drugs. As a result school based prevention program isn't a good solution and it won't work for
