Dynamic Learner Case Study
I choose my friend Alex as he is similar to me as a Dynamic Learner. Not knowing exactly what his learner scores are I would put him as follows: 26 Sequence, 21 Precision, 28 Technical Reasoning, 18 Confluence. As Alex is Construction Worker he would easily score highest in Technical Reasoning always fiddling with miscellaneous tools to figure out how to solve problems. He must break the job site down into a step by step process to reach his final goal of completion.
