One of the benefits is regarding to the emotional aspect. Everyone has to face their own challenges every day. Sometimes, because of the challenges, people suffer emotional distress or depression. As a result, young people find a partner to get emotional support by getting married. There is also evidence that show married couple lives healthier and live longer. In short, young adult marriage can be seen as a good trend as it brings benefits to the youngsters in emotional support, advice and guidance to overcome their depression. The society as a whole should encourage youngster to marry at the early age to curb the number death by suicide due to depression. Lastly, Islam also encourages young people to marry at the early age as marriage is one of the ways to complete his or her religion.
