Have you ever thought about problems of fast food? There are a main requirements to have a long life such as eat healthy & live healthy. Fast foods are one of the most things which intimidate health of people. According to Ashakiran and Deepthi (2012), “Healthy nutritious foods have been replaced by the new food mantra - JUNK FOOD!” (p.7). Eating fast food become a common problem nowadays, it caused by its delicious taste & changing in life style, lead to being overweight & poor concentration, and the solutions of this problem are doing more exercises & eat vegetables and fruits.
First cause of fast food is a delicious taste of it. Nowadays people prefer the taste of the food more than anything health else. Because of the good taste of fast food it make people eat from it more and more without any planning (Ashakiran & Deepthi, 2012, p. 9). The line graph which i will write about contains information about the amount of fast food eaten in the UK from 1970 to 1990, the unit that is used for fast food is gm. The fast food is Hamburger ,Fish and chips, and pizza . In general, the reader can see that the amount of hamburger, and fish and chips is increased , howevere, the amount of pizza decreased. If we look first at hamburger, we can see that the amount of it stood at 80gm in 1970. The amount of hamburger rose gradually to 500gm in 1990.
