Nowadays, everyone needed education to improve oneself. Education as well as lifelong, it can help us to develop one’s career to raise individual’s productivity and country. Hence, for who are preparing for work and living fulfilling everyone need education. Besides that, education enables us to think critically, make moral choices and so on. Once who is educated can know, understand and interact to the world too. Ministry of Education Malaysia is very stressed the important of the education for Malaysian. While a man learning means that he is discovering his knowledge. After the learner gain knowledge, then their hidden ability might be expressed. Actually, we just needed some suggestion to bring out our inherent knowledge because our inherent knowledge is growth spontaneously. Education is important to manifest one’s perfect. Children has already existed with different potential, hence they needed education. Through training and learning, children learn to choose their potential and finally their hidden ability can be expressed. Hence, Ministry of Education had offered variety of activities such as sports and subjects to be learnt in school which can let our students to choose their most interested, talented subjects and sports. For example, students are very encouraged to represent school to join different kinds of competition in order to improve their braveness and find their potential which can help the implementation development our country. Therefore, Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) and Programme for International Students Assessment (PISA) had been concerned to improve the performance of the national education system. From this statement, it stated that we not only had to learn to get knowledge but we need to seek for education which can produce an individual with high moral values. Besides that, education should not limit to someone who has the ability but education should be widely for everyone to have opportunity to have it. Therefore, Ministry of Education not focused on the main stream students but also remedial students. They had offered Literacy and Numeracy Screening (LINUS) to help remedial students who cannot master listening, reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics. There are 12 constructs to be tested in the instrument of the reading and writing. This programme is only for primary students started from Year 1 until Year 3. Hence, students should able to master all the constructs when they are in Year 3. If there have students which are still not mastered the constructs, they will be taught in remedial class once a week to help them in reading and writing skills. Based on this offered programme, it is clearly show that remedial students are not neglected but everyone is having the same education opportunity.
