For example the filming sites of “Bridges of Madison County”, “Dances with Wolves” (Riley et al., 1998), and “The Lord of the Rings” (Carl et al., 2007). During the year 2008, “Cape No. 7” showed in Taiwan’s theaters. Hengchun, Checheng, and Manzhou towns, are the filming sites being promoted as the destinations of tourism. Filming and its sites not only attract thousands and hundreds of people, but also is a way to bring economic opportunities.(Busby and Klung, 2001), and also opportunities of working of people and boost the raise of destination image.(Beeton, 2005),(Couldry,1998), the list doesn’t only ends here give rise to the investment for infrastructure and also protection of environment. However an filming institution or destination usually or commomly brings an negative impact on a particular destination.(Mordue, 2009) which results to various inconvenience like traffic jam (Stynes, 1994), overcrowding of people(Riley et al., 1998), inconvenience to people residing in that particular area in which the filmimg re taking place (Beeton, 2008), resulting to noise pollution noise (Croy and Buchmann, 2009), and etc. the things the continuedthe effects of tourism can be classified into three catogaries (1) an impact on environment (2) impact on society culture and social drawbacks and (3) though raises economic distribustion, but also an drawback for economic impact (Croy and Kersten, 2010).

A movie is a piece of art and in art everything has or should have a reason to be part of it, otherwise there wouldn’t be a reason for a costume designer or a location scout, that is, if the details wouldn’t matter. A good movie goer or film critic will analyze everything from the film material, the lighting, the acting, the costumes, the shoes, the hair-cut, the movie cars… and the location, even if he doesn’t know for sure, if the movie director has chosen them with a purpose in mind or just by accident. Films transport you deep into the location where they are filmed. Often using a particular city as the canvas, the settings serves as a dynamic character that plays a major role as the story is being told.
