Pollution happens when toxins contaminate the natural surroundings. This brings about changes that affect our typical way of life unfavourably. Contaminations are the key elements of pollution which are generally waste materials of different forms. Pollution disturbs our ecosystem and the balance in the environment. With modernization and improvement in our lives contamination has achieved its peak, making global warming rise and human illness worsen. Pollution happens in different forms; plastic, air, water, soil, radioactive, noise, heat and light. Plastic pollution is when plastic has gathered in a location and it has begun to negatively impact the natural surrounding environment. This affects the surrounding plants, wildlife and humans. This is a very powerful greenhouse gas that contributes significantly to global warming. Entanglement in plastic waste has been responsible for the deaths of many marine organisms. These organisms get tangled in the waste and end up suffocating or drowning, due to the fact that they are unable to untangle themselves. Plastic bags have been efficiently replaced by reusable bags, many of which fold up compactly in order to be portable. Carry a reusable bag and always reuse plastic bags as much as possible if you have any. Get a reusable water bottles as a substitute or reuse the plastic bottles you bought from the store. Use reusable containers it will cut down significantly on even a single meal’s waste. Numerous organizations are beginning to think of amazing low-cost substitutions, for example, using bamboo utensils instead of plastic ones. Attempt to select items that come in non-plastic and recyclable packaging. Properly handle items that can’t be recycled and be sure to check everything before you throw it away, as more and more items are able to get recycled
