Robotization has impacts on age, gender, income, race, and ethnicity. Certain individuals are at a greater risk from emerging technologies than others. Young people, for instance, are facing bigger risks since they are at the beginning stage of their careers. They are the ones whose job experiences will highly be affected by robots, machines and artificial intelligence. Job complications are not circumscribed to young people only. For instance, most women work in positions that include care giving. With the advancement of technologies, women in this sector of occupation are likely to experience a sharp decrease in their employment capacities. The racial minorities will undoubtedly have a gloomy job experiences even in the best scenario. Owing to discrimination, prejudice, and lack of training, minorities and poor people already have high unemployment rates. And without having education and lack of high-skill training, it will be extremely hard for them to adapt to new economy where advanced machines will take their jobs. In addition, their ability to get a proper training in technology is circumscribed by their low access to computers and high-speed internet. That limits their ability to adapt to upcoming difficulties of the 21st century’s labor force.

If we end up in a scenario where a lot of people are jobless for big periods of time, there should be a way for the governments to provide healthcare, stability and pensions in times
