Introduction
Time may be described as a measure of the duration and order of events in the past, present and the future. Although every individual has 24 hours of time at his/her disposal each day, it is the effective use of time that distinguishes achievers from non-achievers in all spheres of life. (Britton & Tesser, 1991; Zimmerman, 1998). Time is precious to certain extent in Islam also prioritize time in which Muslims have to perform prayer for Allah and not to procrastinate by doing nothing.

Purpose
This quantitative research paper explores particularly on how to improve or manage time properly specifically among students in order to attain better grade. As this paper focuses more on time management, each and every student have different set of activities that they would like to fit it in based on free time that they have. Hence, the differences are meant to be embrace and celebrated as different people would do different thing. Furthermore, if students can manage their time wisely and it could help them in their studies, it is not a big deal to manage time differently.

Literature Review
As time is essential in college life, students also have segmented their schedule so that it is organize. This particular literature review will highlight on the distractions that endured by students towards their grades and how far could managing time wisely could affect academic performance.

On the other hand, since “the majority of students are independent and out from parental supervision for the first time” (Weaver, Kim, Metzer & Szendrey, 2013, p.122). In response to the problem stated, students find the initiative to play video games to reduce stress, not only that, they are the agent of socialization in which towards friends. In which they would brainwash their friends to play video games and sooner or later it would become a habit and forget to do assignments. To support this findings, (Melton, Bigham, Bland, Bird & Fairman, 2014) explains in their research that the dominant distraction is Technology as it leads the chart over everything including Watching TV. However, there must be a way to overcome this particular problem and in order to do that successful students would avoid interruptions and they know their studying goals well and the time to finish them (Miqdadi, ALMomani, T. & Elmousel, 2014). Students must set out their prioritization and be able to juggle with excessive workload in between the timeframe
