In the latest twenty years in domestic social science, organization of relationship in family and ways of allocation roles between family members are considered in the context of transformational processes, which happens in the society. Researchers distinguish two opposite Kazakh family transformation tendencies: actualization of traditional mechanism of preservation and reproduction of patriarchal norms as adaptive reaction of family, on one hand; and promotion of values of individual success and changes of existing norms to egalitarian ones, on other hand. Zamira Yussupova agrees that image of woman-being, who should sit at home, cook for family, look after children and deal with their upbringing, comes from earlier times and still stuck in people’s mind as stereotype. But, nowadays everything is changed, and it is very possible to hold family and business together, because women, who work can afford themselves to hire housekeepers and nurses. However, most of the employers, even if they understand this, prefer to hire men rather than women. And Zamira Yussupova is that person, who faced with such situation in her career path, and not once. During job interviews with employers, they are asking about personal life of the women, is they married or going to marry in near time. The reason of their question is that, they automatically think, if women is married or going to get married, she will become pregnant, so after 9 months, she is going to have maternity leave and it will be problematically to organization to fulfill empty workplaces. In this case, employers unconsciously associate women-being with family and it happens with everyone in the business environment as well. Arman Shokparov, as professional in human resource management field, thinks that asking such question in the interview is unethical and it will not lead to anything good in the future. Zamira Yussupova said that there have to be gender equality in the business environment and people should change their outmoded image about women-being. Because, nowadays, trends are changed and numerous women is aimed to achieve success in their career and women mostly get married late, so no one can be sure that every woman, who was applied to job, will marry as soon as possible. Also, the stereotype “father knows best” should be confiscated from the society’s mind. Such concept has come from the earlier times and, presently, it is not in use. Additionally, if gender equality will be promoted in the business environment, the “glass ceiling” will be removed and women as men are going to have same chances to accomplish the highest positions not only in workplace, but also in the society. Whereas, Arman Shokparov’s opinion about importance of gender equality in the business environment is directly related with diversity in the workplace. He believes that, if the number of women and men in the organization will be equal, the good effect will be shown in the organization’s decision making process and its culture. Many studies proof that if decision will be made by group with high diversity, they will have big opportunity to make good choice rather than the ones, who have less diversity.
