According to dictionary of English development is the process in which someone or something grows and changes occurs and become more advance.
Development mostly depends upon three currentactors that are school, family and media. Media aware students about society. There are many potential sources which are helpful in the development of individual I.e. siblings, personal experience, parents, school friends, teachers and electronic media. From these potential sources electronic media is more influenving and helpfull in the development of individuals.Electronic media influence students from early ages and continue to affect childrens social and cognitive development (Malik, Hassan & Sultana, 2004).
Now a days electronic media has become very essential part of student life and students gain knowledge of important things from all types of media sources e.g. television, radio, newspaper, and internet and they also use them for entertainment. Electronic media has opens many dimensions in education and all types of media is equally important in education.Electronic media has proved very useful tool in all fields of education,sports,culture,arts and science.
