New standard migration of the information or application program is time devouring, costly and much more complex than simple refreshing. But to ensure user can access it easily, the system will have the ability to develop new interfaces or to allow any kind of user interface for discovery as technology changes be more better. Therefore, managers of a department or others company must log the software and hardware versions needed to read or manipulated the data.
In 1999, Coombs said successful management of electronic records requires a well-documented administrative contextualized and information describing how the document is structured and used. To be effective in a world of increasingly automated records, the archival profession needs to acquire some new skills to its “tool kit”. In addition, the new skill sets can be grouped into three basic categories. First basic knowledge of automated systems and how they process data. Second, information system analysis and design. Third, management skill to translate this knowledge into a strategic

But we can see on the back end of the process, there is information that simply cannot capable to be lost. Whatever technology that comes along , they must be accessible indefinitely to avoid duplication. Next, archivists must be willing to experiment with creative combinations of ideas, old and new, as well as be courageous enough to seek out and form partnerships with information specialists whose language and methodologies are presently foreign to them. For managing electronic records, they must be motivated enough to learn new skills and be committed to developing realistic strategies. It also shows the Internet have in a particular for potential sources of uncontrolled documents and any information and if appropriate planning is not performed. The difficulties of preserving electronic records would considerably increase. Electronic digital system also allows information to be stored accessible and shareable to other easily without any

A search warrant was executed at his office where many materials were seized. Among those things that were taken was a flash drive. This flash drive fell under the electronic recording materials listed in the search warrant. This report covers the processes and findings of the previously mentioned flash drive. • The four major systems each have its own database and interfaces had to be built for them to all communicate with each other. This is caused information to show in multiple formats and is difficult to reconcile. Providing accurate reports for banking and government regulators is very challenging.

Now it is time for me to give back to the sorority that has given so much to me. I joined this sorority during my freshman year and knew it was my forever home. I held tightly to my sisters as we were placed on probation.
The healthcare industry generates a great amount of data every day, as a form of record keeping, patient care, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Just a decade ago, all this data was stored in the form of hard copy form, now it is rapidly transforming to digital data which is called EMR (Electronic Medical Record). The digitalization of the healthcare has not just reduced cost of care, but also improved quality of care due to the abundance data that organizations receive from the EMR to identify the flaws in their system. I work in the healthcare industry where improving quality of care is our primary goal. We use software called eCW , which is an integrated system.

The following section will consider advantages and limitation of the first two mentioned types of digital forensics: Traditional (dead) and Live computer forensics. TRADITIONAL (DEAD) VS LIVE DIGITAL FORENSICS Traditional (Dead) Forensics In order forensic acquisition to be more reliable it must be performed on computers that have been powered off. This type of forensics is known as ‘traditional’ or 'dead ' forensic acquisition. The whole process of dead acquisition, including search and seizure flowchart and acquisition of digital evidence flowchart is shown on Figure 2 and Figure 3 respectively.
