The constant increase in Technology has shaped our life easy and increased human comfort at home and at work and I would like to be an integral part of growth which needs education. As a School student, I initially considered the big box in my house that produced pictures and sounds was only a magic box that kept me happy. A few years later this big box was replaced by a thinner one, and it was then that I was enlightened on how a television set actually works. There was so much more happening in and around. On dismantling these devices, I was amazed by the several devices inside. When I was studying in my 10th grade, we were given a task to undertake a mini project, that’s when I made a simple fire alarm using a heat sensor and a couple of transistors and diodes. Later on, I figured out that hardware had several limitations that only programming could overcome. With almost every small task of this world performed through programmed devices and the fast-paced innovations inspired me to delve deeper and gain more knowledge through research. I did not want to compromise with my admiration but this ardent interest lets me pursue my passion of becoming an Engineer. My affinity towards different gadgets, …show more content…
During my 3rd year, I developed a strong inclination towards various projects which made me get involved in numerous projects like Designing of The Uninterrupted power supply and Obstacle Avoiding Robot. These projects gave me a great chance to improve my knowledge, as an add-on to the academic curriculum. My Final year project was Design and Testing of LED Signage Driver Circuit which aims at replacing the conventional banners/bill-boards by displaying the required information on the panel powered by Microcontroller. By implementing these projects, I learned how to tackle real-time challenges in the field of Electronics and made me more skilled than
I chose this for my personal project because I have always been good with technology and enjoyed working with it. Also, every year since 7th grade, I have participated in the worldwide movement called Hour of Code. This past year, I instead helped kindergarten through third graders at my school participate in the
In this society, people do not read books, they watch television shows, so firefighters burn books. The people only know the necessary information. Therefore, when they have to think for a long time about something after being dumbed down by televisions after awhile, they get irritated since they are accustomed to thinking for a short span of time. It is common for conflicting emotions get in the way, but in this society, it is the oh-so-precious-and-useful technology that is affecting people’s
" This shows how excellent technology is and how useful it can be by helping us accomplish everyday tasks. On the other hand, the author shows the bad side of electronics and mechanics in the world. He does this by personifying the house and giving it
People are always focused on being the creator; they invent amazing innovations, but no one knows how to apply them. Rather than create an unusable, new technology, I’d like to focus on creating new purposes for the technology. Often the simplest solutions are the most brilliant. To think of the way to utilize and advance what is at hand is the challenge. My interest in technology was sparked by my own curiosity and fascination; since the 6th grade I would always check Yahoo News’s Science and Technology tab, taking my newfound knowledge of amazing new advancements and sharing it with my family at the dinner table.
Technology is a widespread practice that is prevalent in households, industries, and medical professions. Without certain pieces of the cutting-edge
The design challenges presented by my dream kindle my passion for engineering. As a female engineer, I anticipate encountering numerous obstacles in the pursuit of my career. Despite my passion and ambition, some will view me as less capable than a man. I refuse to let these obstructions crush my ambition.
I could not forget the excitement I had waking up in the morning and running straight to the Lego structures deciding how to build a certain structure and a daydream I had of imagining of actual being built in real life. / deciding how to build a certain structure. The snapping and fitting of bricks, rods and gears captivated me for countless hours. Every Lego brick I laid down furthered my interest in designing and engineering.
Synthesis Essay New technological advancements are assisting people in their everyday lives, and the future for technology looks bright. But, alas, that which glitters is not always gold. Christian Lange once stated that “Technology is a useful servant, but a dangerous master” (Christian Lange). Society is becoming more and more reliant on technology, but there may come a time in which people solely rely on it to function.
Since I was in my childhood I have high curiosity on how and why things work. I have this unsatisfied feeling until I know why and how it 's happening. My dad always told me the same about me. I still remember how I spend the whole day looking for what make the pedestal fan to swing and I opened up its cover to see the motor and gear rotating and for me it 's fascinating. He used to bring me along with him in his nearest four wheel drive park where he taught me many things about four wheel vehicles.
Technology has always been progressing thus it is rampant in our society today. We use technology; depend on technology in our daily life and our needs and demands for technology keep on rising (Ramey, 2012). Wherever you look, you will see people holding different kinds of technology like cell phone, laptop, tablets and etc. It appears to most of us that technology is a necessity to the point where we can no longer live without it. According to Gavin (2013), technology moves at a rapid pace, and can be hard to keep up with at times.
After carefully evaluating my abilities, desire to widen and reform my knowledge and aspiration to advance my career, I wish to pursue a Master’s degree in Computer Science at College. My goal is to work on the contemporary issues in the Information Technology industry and employ the knowledge to provide better solutions to the complex IT challenges. In the years to come, I envision myself as a lead architect designing systems which will get smarter and more customizable through interactions with data, devices and people. My whole life has been a multi-faceted learning curve which has prepared me to take the academic challenges of the graduate life.
Machines and gadgets are becoming an inseparable part of our lives. Technological development has enabled remarkable advancement, greater comfort, improved health, readily accessible information, rapid communication, and easy transport to virtually

Technology makes it easier for people to communicate effortlessly over long distances. People have the ability to search for an abundance of information at their fingertips.
Every human being has their own career aspirations and mine is to be a Electrical engineer, a dream that I held ever since I was in school due to my deep interest in technical fields such as electrical and electronics. Although, electrical engineer is a difficult career to achieve because it have many obstacles and challenges to be met, but I am sure that I am able to make full preparations for the realization of my dreams. The main preparation I need to prepare is knowledge. Knowledge in Electrical engineering is essential in order for me to become a successful engineer as I am required to be able to identify, study and solve the problem that I encountered in implementing the knowledge that I have gained in university.
Right from my childhood days, I was always eager to know how things work in surroundings. When I was given toys, I hardly played with them rather tried to dismantle it and try to know the mechanism running it. During school days, I have participated in many science exhibitions which further motivated me towards taking my knowledge and experience onto a higher and advanced level. With this desire and curiosity to understand machines and mechanisms, I chose to complete my graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
