I have always been interested in the Japanese culture and Japan in general because i've seen pictures and movies with their Japanese parades in them and it looked very interesting to me because of how they bring out the Japanese dragon in the parade. Japanese people are famous for their authentic meals in every Japanese household. Japanese breakfast includes rice miso soup and some side dishes like dried seaweed,salad,pickles,grilled shrimps and rolled omelet. For lunch,they usual food will be rice bowls or noodles. For rice bowls they have the famous beef bowls also called gyudon and for noodles they have udon and soba noodles those are two of their favorite noodles.

As the demand for healthy food products is on increase, popularity of Japanese food has been growing effectively with the awareness of its healthiness. Today, a lot of Japanese restaurants are opening in many countries and big cities to meet its high demand. The boom of Japanese cuisine has started throughout the United States during 1970’s, and has been spread to Asia, Europe, and the rest of the world (JETRO, 2012). Tsuchida (2007) says, Japanese cuisine became one of the most popular foreign foods in the world, however, it was just a kind of weird type of food for foreigners in the beginning.
Mahi mahi is very juicy and flavorful fish which is related to a dolphin, many spices go great with mahi mahi like garlic, black pepper and lemon. Hawaii also has traditional seasoning which is five spice, five spice is meant for meats, but can be great with many other foods. White rice is also another great traditional food of Hawaii,
