When I start my training on painting, design for my portfolio during these two years, I decided which university I want to apply for. I’m really interested in Emily Carr Art and Design University not only because of its fame, but also its fantastic difference to the other Art universities.

Hi, I am Vendela Eskind and I am applying for college. I feel that college is really what will get my future going. I am kind, courage’s, determined, and outgoing. My philosophy is that I can always work harder and there is no limit to my success or failure. I am one to always find and or see the best in people and in my future.
Having worked for Valencia College for over five years, I am proud of Valencia’s dedication to excellence in education. I cannot think of a better way to continue my journey at Valencia College than to join the full-time Humanities faculty at this college. The mission and values of this institution have been a guiding force for me. They will continue to guide me towards my professional aspirations and provide a foundation for our students’ futures. My education and background has prepared me to teach Humanities and Art History with an interdisciplinary approach.
Erskine is a school that blessed me with an opportunity to further my education and basketball career. there are a few reason on why I want to attend there, they have the major I want to continue to study, there very family oriented, the school is close to home . Erskine has an excellent science program that dates back to the early years of the college. Erskine has the chemistry major and the four year program I want to study and earn a degree in. i've excelled in biology, chemistry an physics.
I hope to one day either be a professional working in vocational ministry in the United Methodist Church or in clinical psychology. Ever since I was very young I have been enthralled by Christian teachings and doing good in the world. In high school, I had the opportunity to work hands on in ministry at my high school through multiple avenues: leading small groups, talking to peers one-on-one, and even giving sermon messages. It was through this that I have come to realize that I love being a part of ministry. When I decided to start considering career paths it only made sense that I would pursue what I already have a great interest in.
I am applying to your Bachelor’s of Fine Arts: Acting for the Theater for the fall of 2017. I am currently in my second year of a Bachelor’s of Arts; majoring in Film Production with a minor in Drama at the University of New Brunswick. I am interested in your program because of its content and location. The content of the program seems to be what I am looking for; I am currently studying Drama at the University of New Brunswick and their program doesn’t offer what I am looking for.

First, I believe by obtaining my Master in Theology from Liberty University it has helped me develop a stronger and deeper understanding of God’s word. My studies at Liberty have set me up for success in the Doctorate Program at Liberty. Liberty seminary staff has very knowledge staff and motivates their students to excel in their studies and gain a full understanding God’s word. The instructors at the Rawley’s Seminary school has a great depth of knowledge and wants the seminary students to gain a deeper understanding of God’s word to be able to minster to other people around the world. We need strong Christian based teachers to educate not only the Churches, but the entire world on why we need to believe in our living God.
Additionally, I now see where I can make improvements in my writing to become a more refined college level writer and use what I learn here to help me with various degrees of my life outside of the classroom. For this portfolio, I revised the first essay we did in the class, the "Summary and Response" essay. Furthermore, this essay a mere five pages seems like it should have been so easy, but then it was most challenging.
One of the things that influenced me to apply here for the School of Dramatic arts was how it made me feel. Going to USC on the tour made me feel amazing because i had an extremely good feeling being there. I had been on other tours however when i went to USC it was a different feeling because i felt like i belonged there and i had a great feeling of needing to go there. When i looked into the Dramatic Arts Department i fell in love with what i was finding.
Introduction Visual and performing arts tend to act as separate entities within the field of education; considerably isolated from the majority of academia, these sectors are often considered to be secondary or elective options after completing primary education. The arts are an essential part of a well-rounded education, however, when an institute begins a budgeting process, the arts are rarely considered a top priority. For example, during periods of recession many public schools within the United Stated were forced to cut visual, performing and musical arts programs, despite studies that proved the exposure to the arts to be beneficial for students both academically and in extracurricular activities. My hunger for understanding and changing the semiotics of our culture leads me to pursue communication design at Carnegie Mellon; my intent to create social designs aligns the School of Design’s passion for systems-thinking and impact. I reject superficial aesthetic and instead lead with strategy; I consider communication design to be a social force where content-based design incites dialogue and problem-solves. At Carnegie Mellon, I believe my outlook on design parallels the research and intuitive approach to socially effective design. As Co-Editor-in-Chief of my school's publication, The Mark, I carry a clear mandate to shape the magazine into a physical manifestation of rich identity and distinct opinions.
I possess a strong vision for my goal to become a an art educator, which has been impacted by my previous experiences and commitment in the arts through textile design, fine art, fashion design, and teaching. This interest in the arts was fostered throughout my education at the Langley Fine Arts School, and my BFA degree from all-women’s college Moore College of Art and Design. In my degree, I majored in fine art with minors in textile design and art history. This opportunity was brought into fruition through the Women’s Visionary Scholarship, and the Board of Trustees Scholarship that were awarded to me to be able to attend this institution.
1.2 Statement of Significance Art can do lots of things that can create powerful and great changes in ourselves. Artist is someone that is so hard to read if we fail to understand them to interpret the underlying meaning behind their painting because it is their getaway to express their emotions and desires to the community. To accomplish this, the artists are communicating with the society by delivering their messages through their artworks.
A new day full of potential was ahead of her. There was just so much Priscilla could do. Today was her first day in Parsons University– School of Art and Design– where the new adventure began. She initiated her college degree in Art History with excitement attending her first 8:00 A.M. World History class.
