We produce our own beef burger with certain processes to be used as a meat burger. We have the concept of serving fast food to suit local tastes with fast and efficient service in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Our company will also sell fast food service, eco-friendly appeal to the price conscious, health-minded consumers.
The executive chef is primarily responsible for assigning tasks among the kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation is good. A chef is the best job for me mainly because it fits my personality wanting to create new things (Cooks). Executive chefs need to have management and customer service skills, as well as creativity. Chefs who run their own restaurant or business are often busy with kitchen and office work. Some chefs use social media to advertise their business by showing new menu items or using customer reviews.
Sit-down restaurants’ ability to have short turnaround times from ordering to services raises the question “How are they able to serve everything on the menu so quickly?” Persons may have guessed that it was due to a highly competent and efficient workforce but the reality is that restaurants are now outsourcing semi completed meals in order to save time in the preparation of their meals. These pre-prepared meals can either mean that restaurant chefs have to add a few ingredients before serving or simply heat and serve. Time passes really fast and I have already worked as a part-time waiter in this Japanese restaurant for two and a half years. Today is my last day at work and I have a lot to share, not only the most memorable experience I had while working, but also what I have learnt since I chose this job. I remembered that why I chose Japanese restaurant is due to my curiosity on Japanese culture and cuisine.
