It is best described as the cash rewards paid to personnel and the cash rewards include but not limited to either hourly rate, monthly rate or annual rate. The total compensation is the cash rewards and any other benefits the company may offer. These other benefits may include education, perks, insurance covers stock options and shopping vouchers. If 28th falls on a weekend then payment will be made upfront on the day before the weekend. This pay is above the range which is a requirement by the government and among the best within the State of Florida which is $17.91 per hour in comparison with the experience required for the position. The pay too has to be in agreement with the budget of the organization. There will be taxes to be pad as required by the governing laws. The Basic Allowances There will be monthly transport allowance of $900, monthly housing allowance of $1,000, and no telephone allowance There are several factors which determine allowances to given to the employees. If the firm has staff quarters then there should not be housing allowance, the same happens with transport and telephone allowance if the firm has a van that transports its employees and availability of free airtime in the office.
