The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between the managers leadership styles and employees job satisfaction. Specifically, this study examines the role of managers on employee satisfaction. Furthermore, employee satisfaction and financial performance have a relationship between each other, which is mediated by customer satisfaction. No work can be done right without examining whether employees are satisfied or not and that surely affects employee performance. Employees that spend most of their day at work need an environment in which they feel comfortable and satisfied in order to accomplish tasks. Companies should provide spacious offices or large areas that make an employee not feel under pressure. Other than large office areas, suitable lightening and advanced technology devices that are easy to use are also a factor that will make a work easier. Advanced IT teams are required in every organization in case of devices that may break at any time. This also helps employees not waste their time in trying to fix the device.
